Edee RThis is a comment not about either location. Your online software has some serious issues, which caused us grief a few times. I think I had to phone about 3 times to get the reservation corrected. The truck did leak water, luckily nothing got damaged, just a lot of wet bags.
Peter SWay above and beyond customer service, this location was fantastic, friendly helpful, went out of their way to help us with our transaction after a long move, so thankful to the wonderful proprietor and loved his dog Niki. We were so tired and this lovely gentleman was so kind, really appreciated his going the extra mile to help us conclude the transaction and get things done quickly and efficiently, but not rushed he was great!
DEBORAH FAs always Act 1 goes above and beyond to make sure service is prompt and hookup is secure, and as a repair shop equipment indicator lights etc. are ALWAYS checked and working unlike the majority of locations.

Richard KShane is super helpful, knowledgeable and his office e has a small town friendly feel. Good selection of uhaul as well. I will be using only this location whenever possible rather than go all the way to Kamloops. Very visible from highway too’
Lori sI found the price was high, in saying this it was my only choice. I was doing a pity move for a guy I knew who had nothing, if I had given him the money it cost me $252. Plus a $100. In gas he would have been better off.
