Daryll KThis is not about the Brush location. It is about U haul itself, it is pretty sad that someone reserves a trailer over a month before they need it. Then two days before the pickup get a call stating that you have to drive a hour and half to go get the trailer. So a total of three hours of my time and a tank of gas. Which add a hundred dollars to my rental just for gas.
GregoryP KWas supposed to do mobile pickup at 7:30 but when I got there to get it I had to wait until 8:30 to get it from the store. The truck used was filthy inside. The cab had dirt and dust everywhere. The vehicle also had bad alignment and pulled to the right a lot.

Yancy GCheck out shouldn't take an hour and your price shouldn't be triple that of Colorado Springs for the same trailer.
