David GIt was a little difficult to find from the instructions uhaul gave, which took us to a hotel. We ended up finding it from finally getting the name of the return location rather than the address,so Uhaul needs to fix that on their end. We returned it on a Sunday so nobody was there but it was an easy process for the most part.

KAREN JLarry went above and beyond to help us. My jeep broke down in Childress on our way to Grand Prarie Texas and I had to rent an auto transport. He did a great job explaining everything in details. He turned our bad day to a great day . We made it home with no issues . We need more people like Mr. Larry in this world.

Anthony BThe tires on the trailer were at the minimum tread depth on 3 of 4. The trailer was dirty inside and out had mud all over the front. When I turned it in, I was asked about it as if I had done it. Very nice guy but the equipment was very old and still expensive.
Jon BI know they were pinched for time, so I’m reluctant to complain. Larry, in Childress was a very good guy. I liked working with him. The truck’s check engine light came on, it was low on oil. It stayed on after topping off the oil. We had to get the Shamrock TX location to put tires on it. The guy Brian at Shamrock was about abrasive as they come. When I told him we needed tires he said “ you know we’re about to close, right?”. I was just trying to get something scheduled. I wasn’t demanding anything from him. Then the trailer light connections didn’t work. We had to drive with our hazards on.
