The truck I reserved wks prior to my move was unavailable yet they let me reserve it online. I wasn’t told it was unavailable until the last min. The truck I was given as a replacement was in need of repairs, especially a steering wheel alignment so I felt unsafe driving it. I paid for 1 dozen furniture pads I didn’t use because they never informed me some came with the truck. After returning the truck and letting them know I never used or opened the pads I still wasn’t refunded for them. Overall if probably go somewhere more reliable

Daniel HI had trouble with my phone app and the online personal I called was zero help. I was outside for 30 min. Trying to figure it out. Really bad experience I might not rent from uhaul again.

Alfredo EEASY! Second time renting from Aceto Auto Repair. No problems! I chose them because of location, close to home (Philadelphia) and easy access as they are on a 2 lane highway very close to 95, 76, 42, 55 and 295. The first time the Gentleman gave me some tips and personal experiences with the auto trailer. The second time renting the same trailer, he offered to help but I reminded him that I had done it before and I would ask if I needed help. I plan to return the next time I need an auto trailer or any U-Haul product for that matter. The auto trailer is awesome BTW.

Lawrence MThe only improvement based on my prior experience would be if the rental truck could be filled with fuel prior to the next rental as my rental fuel tank was only a quarter full when i picked it up. Starting off with a fuel tank makes one have to fill it before and after they perform their move and cuts into their schedule. This can affect their experience with the companies rental trucks.

ALMUBDI MI didn’t get to interact with anyone because I dropped off the truck off hours. Big parking area and easy to park. Overall a good experience.
