There is no defined parking for customers to leave their vehicle. There are also no signs indicating where you cannot park. If you guess improperly and park in the wrong spot, you will receive multiple phone calls informing you that you will be towed. Will not use this location again.

JUDITH G.After being told to pick up the truck at the s meridian location, we were told it was at another location. The clerk at the meridian location refused to give us an address. He proceeded to give us verbal directions that were AWFUL. so we googled uhaul and got the directions to another location. That person gave us the street address of the Knoble Rd. location. The lady there was very nice and efficient. By that time we had wasted time and gas and it caused us problems with getting our job done and our help home.

That location is not have reserved truck. However, at the location I was sent to, they did have a truck available. I was given a 'drop off" location..See me comments for drop off location

Scott M.My better than average rating for these locations DOES NOT reflect my overall satisfaction. The reservation process was HORRIBLE! I drove 600 miles on a very carefully planned trip which included other activities in other cities and picking up a trailer on Sunday a.m. near the cargo pick location was the biggest part of that planned trip. To my surprise!! I received a call on Friday stating that there would not be a trailer available-(of any size)!!! I was told I could get one just 20-minutes away.. (oh by the way...) THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAY! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? MY ONLY OPTION WAS TO: CANCEL MY PLANS FOR THE WHOLE DAY! DRIVE 40-MILES FROM WHERE I WAS AT THE TIME TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE, PAY BRIDGE TOLL, DRIVE 1-HR TO PICK-UP THE TRAILER AT THE ABOVE LOCATION. TOW THE TRAILER BACK IN TRAFFIC 2-HRS, and FIND A PLACE TO PARK THIS MONSTER. THEN ON SUNDAY TOW IT BACK OVER THE BRIDGE...PAY TOLL$$ and PICK UP THE LOAD AT THE SCHEDULED 9:30AM TIME. This process literally took the entire rest of my day-as the surprise was around noon. Question...would you be happy?? I must say the agents at both the pick-up and delivery U-Haul facilities could NOT have been nicer!!!! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT, ON THE OTHER HAND, COULD DEFINITELY TAKE SOME TIPS! Absolutely zero consideration for the incredible inconvenience this was causing. Acted like it was the norm, to be expected*&^%$ I was given the option to cancel and I could have $40-$50 "just let me know now". How valuable is a vacation day to you? All I heard on the call was what U-Haul could NOT do...not what you COULD do. I am in a sales position and pride myself on usually trying to only comment when I have a positive experience because, we never hear the "good-stuff", but in this case, management needs to know how customers are treated.
