My order was placed: I was given the address to pick up the truck. however, the truck was not there or reserved. This location stated the truck was at a different location. That location is not have reserved truck. However, at the location I was sent to, they did have a truck available. I was given a 'drop off" location..See me comments for drop off location

It was a great experience from start to finish. The U-Haul Person working at this location was very helpful and made my moving experience much less stressful. She was very kind, pleasant, and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone.

My better than average rating for these locations DOES NOT reflect my overall satisfaction. The reservation process was HORRIBLE! I drove 600 miles on a very carefully planned trip which included other activities in other cities and picking up a trailer on Sunday a.m. near the cargo pick location was the biggest part of that planned trip. To my surprise!! I received a call on Friday stating that there would not be a trailer available-(of any size)!!! I was told I could get one just 20-minutes away.. (oh by the way...) THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAY! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? MY ONLY OPTION WAS TO: CANCEL MY PLANS FOR THE WHOLE DAY! DRIVE 40-MILES FROM WHERE I WAS AT THE TIME TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE, PAY BRIDGE TOLL, DRIVE 1-HR TO PICK-UP THE TRAILER AT THE ABOVE LOCATION. TOW THE TRAILER BACK IN TRAFFIC 2-HRS, and FIND A PLACE TO PARK THIS MONSTER. THEN ON SUNDAY TOW IT BACK OVER THE BRIDGE...PAY TOLL$$ and PICK UP THE LOAD AT THE SCHEDULED 9:30AM TIME. This process literally took the entire rest of my day-as the surprise was around noon. Question...would you be happy?? I must say the agents at both the pick-up and delivery U-Haul facilities could NOT have been nicer!!!! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT, ON THE OTHER HAND, COULD DEFINITELY TAKE SOME TIPS! Absolutely zero consideration for the incredible inconvenience this was causing. Acted like it was the norm, to be expected*&^%$ I was given the option to cancel and I could have $40-$50 "just let me know now". How valuable is a vacation day to you? All I heard on the call was what U-Haul could NOT do...not what you COULD do. I am in a sales position and pride myself on usually trying to only comment when I have a positive experience because, we never hear the "good-stuff", but in this case, management needs to know how customers are treated.

The trailer had a tire that was nearly flat. I had to call for assistance before we could start our trip. Two tires had to be changed. Glad that we observed the problem before we began our 850 mile trip.

I don't know that this is location specific, but it would be nice to start with a full tank of fuel instead of 1/4th of a tank for refueling purposes and saving time.

Tried to charge me for gas when I put gas into right where it was. The office was dirty. Grossed me out.

I called U haul for a" local and closest dealer" I was sent on a 20 min drive from the house ..on my way to where they sent me I passed a dealer with the same truck I rented... The dealer Is now trying to charge me almost 200 dollars more than they quoted me over the phone, after they got my credit card number.... totally Unprofessional. .. now my bank account is overdrawn and I have those charges, I will NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE U HAUL AGAIN

On-line reservation was a little confusing as to where I was supposed to pick up my rental. Vehicle checked out to was incorrect. I realized after I left the location that the fuel level and mileage were wrong. Gentleman at the office said he would fix it when I returned. Two days later I got an email from U-Haul with a receipt that was higher than what it was supposed to be (based on the vehicle he had me assigned to). They are fixing the issue, but kind of a hassle that I don't like taking time out of my work day to fix.

I had the most horrific experience and will never go back. First you screwed up my reservation then the truck broke down multiple times. Battery died. Then i call to.complain asking for a manager. No calls back. Then i take the truck back. On the way it breaks down. Called roadside assistance just to sit on hold for 15 minutes to be disconnected. Called two other times same.thing. so i call customer service. They tell me to log onto uhaul on my phone and rewuest that way. Never again will i use uhaul and i am requesting a refund or some sort of compensation for the bad experience. Still waiting on a call back.......

I didn't have a problem with the locations, but I had a problem with the reservation in general. I reserved a smaller truck at a different location. I was not notified of the larger truck or the location change until I called. This was a one way move and I didn't need the larger truck and it just ended up costing me more money for gas. They tried to tell me that the gas mileage was the same but they were wrong. A larger truck will not get the same mileage and even the website said the mileage was different. I'm very disappointed in the customer service. If I needed a larger truck I would have reserved one. The website should not show trucks that are not available for rental and the customer should be notified of any changes IMMEDIATELY!!!!!
