Excellent staff at Access Storage in Red Oak! They were so kind and called to let me know that we had accidentally left an item in the truck when we returned. Highly recommend!

Honestly I can’t think of anything that needs improvement. It was very organized, I was in and out. The staff was very helpful and it was so smooth of a transaction. I will definitely be a returning customer.

New style trailer hitch is awful. It rattles and pops because it cannot attach to the ball properly. Definitely not the locations fault. Just a bad design on the trailers. The older trailers had a tightening mechanism on the hitch connection which was much better.

Ray and Dee Dee are so pleasant to deal with. The last few times I had to rent I felt like I was putting the uhaul rep out. I will use this location at every opportunity for sure.

Ensure that the customer has what they ordered before leaving. I ordered a dolly, in the hustle and bustle forgot and was charged for it and not refunded. The process to be refunded is not easy. If the business continues to do this then they will be richer on this alone.

I was advised I’d be billed an additional $7.22 for gas. I had just put in $15.00. Said it was not at the ⅝ mark. I should have taken a picture of it.

The location was fantastic the people there were great. The company of Uhaul though has a lot of issues with the computer systems. Tried using the app and was unable it took me 7 times to get my ID uploaded because it couldn’t read anything correctly. And the Uhaul help desk called me after I picked up the trailer to tell me my order was canceled do to not showing up.

The city rental truck has 182k and has a slow start when turning the key. Im unable to rent the better teucks because corporate wont allow them to rent as they are designated for "one-way" rentals. I am a corporate renter but all renters should feel confident in the vehicle and products rented at a company as large as Uhaul! This has been reported by the staff (Ray) to corporate as I was there when the report thereof was sent in. You guys wouldn't even fix the window knob in the truck! This is not just for ventilation but used in an emergency. Thus, the lack of repair is a safety hazzard. There's too much competition and money being spent to renters to worry about reliability of your vehicles. Again the personnel and customer service is top teir but equipment could be better.

The customer service was excellent the two ladies were so helpful and very cordial. This may sound strange but I am finding companies are lacking employees that enjoy their job enough to be courteous. These two were outstanding. I will be back especially if they are working.

Ray was amazing!!! He was friendly, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable! He made things simple and easy. Explained everything down to last detail! When bringing equipment back, he could have easily let me drop trailer in the front, considering it was closing time, but he went out of his way to check me in. This man right here is your guiding light at this location!! Don’t take him for granted!

I know I'm 84 and Black,I rented a Truck from Uhaul in DeSoto Tx.and took me about 5 minutes and the next I went back to rent a smaller truck and they didn't have one,the young man said they have one in Red Oak and reserved it for me. Big mistake this man said he had to call my phone to make sure it was mine.then he took a picture of my driver license front and back,then he called both of my daughters to vertify my I.D.,Then said if a don;t return it with a full tank of gas I will be charged another $ 30.00,I hope this rule is not for Blacks only,please tell the other Uhaul companies to do ther same

I called 4 times to return the trailer no one answered so I took a pond myself to return it and put it were I got it from and called again to let them know that I had returned it never!!!!!receive a call saying that they received it unsatisfactory!!

I picked up the truck from Red Oak on 03-23-23 and made arrangements to return the truck at a Customer Choice location on 03-25-23. The DeSoto location called on 03-24-23 and said I was late returning the truck. I explained the truck was rented until 03-25-23. The DeSoto ofc called again on 03-25-23 and said I was late returning the truck. I told them that I dropped off the truck in Red Oak that morning. They scolded me for choosing the Red Oak location, because they had a rental waiting for the truck in DeSoto. They said Customer Choice means in DeSoto. Wow...just wow.

Fast and efficient drop off. By the time we got home we had received the email confirmation of the completed transaction. The entire U-Haul rental was a great experience.

Make sure. They hold your date and do there job a d main number they canceled my truck and cause me to book two truck one on Monday not happy at all. Poor customer help. The Manger was good she help our little on frist truck but nothing on second truck for Monday.

Someone from the facility text me that if I didn’t return the rental today that they would report it stolen the worker told me to rent it Saturday because they was closed Sunday and I told them I needed to use the truck for Sunday and I would return it Sunday but instead of them letting return it before the day was over they sent me a rude text
