Linsey HI will NEVER,EVER rent from this company ever again. I got stuck in the mud while moving and it unfortunately just so happened to start raining. So I called the roadside assistance. They told me it was going to be 460 dollars for them to come get me out the mud!!! Mind you I had my children with me. No help at all😡! Eventually I got out the mud and immediately returned the truck. I did not even get to accomplish the mission I had set out for. That’s why I said I will never use this service again. On top of that they charge by the mile!!!! Total rip off!!
Nikki EMr. Sperry was very knowledgeable and friendly. The office and grounds were clean. I've to 2 different places in Greensboro and both were a terrible experience, I will never go back to those places. This place is worth driving the extra miles.

Shannon CEverything went well except self-checkout. Uhaul has hopelessly complicated/broken their app to where it is not functional. After trying self checkout for 20 min with no luck finally got lucky that the location opened early so I could get the vehicle
Mark HMy big issue is the web site. It should be more clear as to what each location has to rent or buy. They did not have the shrink wrap I paid for. Instead, I was hit with a S&H charge and the wrap showed up at my house the next day.via fedex. Nice way to rip off a needy customer. THESE FOLKS WERE GREAT THOUGH! They even had a prayer request box!!! Boy did I need somebody praying for me that day.

Joyce HIt was a good experience. The on-line rep told me the only trailer hook-up was a 4 pin. The actual vehicle had a 4 and a 7 pin trailer hook-up. I bought an adapter when it was not needed. Also, there was no information on the ball and tongue size on-line. The truck was excellent, well equipped and very clean. The billing was exactly what I expected which is nice. If I have the same need in the future, I will be back. Thank you.

Debbie WFirst, of all their were maintenance lights on on the truck. The operator stated not to worry about it. They checked and everything was good. I specifically explained the item I was picking up along with providing the measurements. I asked twice and the representative said she checked with her calculator. When I went to pick up the item, it wouldn't fit in the truck. I wasted valuable time and money! My husband ended up hauling the item on his truck. We returned the truck with a full tank of gas. Then, they stared we owed 16.00 on the truck. Now, on my email, I am showing a bil for $46 and change. This was a horrible experience! Respectfully, Dr. Donna Price Merrills

Paula BOverall great experience. I rented a 10' truck for 5 hours. Easy to reserve and check in online. The whole exchange, from reservation to pick up only took about 10 minutes. The truck was even fairly fuel efficient for the size (total trip ~35 miles through the city and used about 2.33 gallons! I expected double that lol). Highly recommend for getting moved without breaking the bank.
