I’m still waiting on a refund I paid for the service twice
MARQUIS MI absolutely love the service here. After being rejected by the location at Yosif Tires who sent me away without an attempt to fulfill my reservation the lady at Access Storage and the kind lady at Camp Wisdom and I-35 made my day!

SHARON JHave a look more current consideration of a customer leave your problems at home. Do not take them out on your customer. Never would I rent another U-Haul from this location? I have been overcharged now. I have to go in here and try to get it right with a very angry manager. Two days 1995+ tax. I drove 20 miles my insurance cover everything I was charged $106. It's not right.
VINCENT JKim was awesome. From the moment I walked thru the door, it was like I had been a customer there for the 100th time. Welcoming and quick witted, Kim made the process easy and quick. And the cold bottled water was a bonus, as she put it, "I don't need anyone falling out from this heat!"

Jayla GI didn't realize that a high (from the ground) truck could come without a slide-out ramp. We were not able to move a lot of our stuff because of the height of the truck bed. I wish someone would have warned me.

Robert E2 rentals in a day one had messed up steering and wheels. The other had a plastic bag shoved in the gas tank. Find another rental place and save yourself headaches.

gwendolyn mThe guy at the storage unit office was so nice and helpful! Honestly best customer service i've ever had renting a U-Haul, he was very casual and we just enjoyed chatting with him. I regret not getting his name. The location was convenient to my house and the uhaul van we got was in brand new condition. It drove well and overall we were so happy with how easy the process was!
Meghan CWhile the attendant was quite pleasant, she failed to fully explain the check in & check out procedure of the vehicle. I was only told to take a photo of the mileage & the gas gauges before leaving. I even complained to her that I'm used to the attendant doing that themselves. She then said that she was busier than usual, that I'd have to do it myself. It's just frustrating more when she told me (or I thought that she'd be there on Sunday morning at 10a.m.). You know PPL are tired after moving. Then I tried going online to input the info to check out (while still sitting on the U-Haul lot). The system wouldn't allow me to do that, kept saying that the mileage wasn't correct!? Again, really frustrating!!! I'm VERY disappointed in U-Haul this time around. Improve your system!

Roy TThis location was wonderful Jim saved the day. I explained to him that I left the Camp Wisdom location in tears. He made my purchase painless, very professional , sympathy and empathy. He and his lovely wife saved the day for me. I highly recommend this location to any and everyone. The so call General Manager at the Camp Wisdom needs to shadow Jim on how to provide customer service she definitely has no clue. Just a little kindness goes a long way.

HILARIA RLet folks know that the free month that uhaul offers ONLY applies to uhaul storage units, not subcontractors. When I attempted to rent from another location their website didn't match the actual hours. This location made every attempt to make things right.
