She was rude not helpful had an attitude and put extra charges on my account. She was more worried what was going on Facebook than helping me and closing my account. Told me go ahead and leave and will email my receipt but later found out got extra charges. She called me after 7pm yelling at me cause I parked the truck and trailer in the wrong spot and told She couldn't close my account until a brought the key back which I did in morning but charged me.

Barb AThere was confusion as to drop off location. When I ordered the trailer, I chose the drop off location. When I followed my email/text directions for a drop off time, it had a different location for drop off. No problems beyond getting a phone call from the incorrect location asking when I was dropping it off.
Tony DI had an amazing uhaul truck experience. The only problem was the owner of the place where the U-Hauls were, was so very rude. I will not be going back and definitely won't recommend. I'll just drive the next city over to a different uhaul before I give him my money again.

Timothy SEveryone at the pick up location were very helpful and answered all my questions. They even helped me hook up the trailer which I know was beyond what they needed to do. I would recommend them in the future.
