My biggest complaint is that, it was done all online without a representative. I am just not ready for all this future technology. I am so glad my boys were with me, and they were able to walk me through it. Same thing with the drop off. I had to do it all online, park the truck, take pictures and put the keys in the drop box. I guess this is just something that I am going to have to get use too!

STEVEN COLEI returned the unit with approximately the same amount of fuel that we left with, right around a quarter tank and you charged me over 50 dollars for 11 gallons. My reviews here and other places will obviously cost you more than 50 dollars, that was stupid. We brought the truck back a day early too. You threw away a series of good reviews over nothing, losing money doing so.
Neil CarpenterThe return instructions on the website were confusing. It said both “miles traveled” and “mileage shown on the odometer,” which are two different things. When I entered the miles on the odometer it put a decimal point where it shouldn’t be (the truck had about 15,000 miles on it). Overall my experience was very good though!

Dale BusserWe were charged 25 dollars for not sweeping out truck when everything we put into truck was removed from truck and we didn’t leave anything in truck bed. Manager said he sent pictures but we didn’t receive any and truck bed was as clean as when we got it.

Jessica KorhonenPark trucks 10 more feet to the left. This will allow for enough room to back up larger trucks than the tight space inbetween the truck and the storage building I was given. Trucks could also be spaced further apart. There were only 2 trucks in the entire lot and thy were parked 2 feet apart, making it hard to cut the wheel to back out without hitting the other truck. There is ample space to park trucks at this facility, I am not sure why thy are parked in such a tight space.

Fortunately real people at the pickup and drop off points were incredibly helfpuf. But everthing else was a total nightmare. I would never rent from Uhaul again. You got some software designer that is a complete idiot. You need to redo your whole system
