The uhaul had two rock chips in the windshield that hadn't been filled in/ fixed yet. Luckily not in way of view, but still weakens the glass and is a liability to the company and customer. The customer service I received here was absolutely incredible and very appreciated.

She saw a drive a Tahoe and reassured me I would be fine. It was easy to drive, pick up and drop off! She is amazing with customers! If she doesn't have it, she'll find it!

Michael DCheck under the seats to see if debris and food were cleaned out or just pushed back out of sight. When I rolled down the windows at speed there was a bunch of crap lifted into the air. I was not happy, I was covered with filth. When I went to clean the vehicle before returning, I found French Fries and a Corndog stick behind the seats. The surfaces that were imediately visible were wiped clean and created a false sence. The rest of my three day rental left me unhappy knowing the vehicle wasn't clean.

SANDRA CAngela Lansdowne was the agent who provided me with excellent service. She was polite and cheery with many good suggestions. The 15 foot u-Haul was almost brand new and performed beautifully. Next time I need a U-Haul vehicle I will go directly to her office. She is a true professional with a superb personality.
