Jay MI only rented an appliance Dolly/cart and it was pretty well worn, but it did what I needed it to do so all was well. The center itself was well maintained.
June KDid not have the size I reserved, even after phone call from uhaul figuring it out. Gave us 26 footer needed 15, but had to take it no other choice. Where is the $50 credit?
RENE SDriver's seat had large cut with insulation exposed. The light switch handle was broken. The dash would not light up at night and could not use it for full 2nd day the truck was rented.
Raymond FThe uhaul steering has way to much play in it. You are beat when you finished driving from fighting the wheel all day. I would think uhaul would maintain their equipment better.

frederick sIt was simply a parking lot. Unmanned and not able to help with hitch and trailer problems. Very disappointed in Uhaul after this last move. From the confusing schedule for pick up and drop off. Nothing was convenient and the whole experience was frustrating.
Steve EFit help from a very nice young lady and she was pleasant which helped considering all the trouble I went through I believe her name.is called and she deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service and pleasant smile which is inviting to the consumer that you feel your be taken.care of so this location I would recommend for certain reason but not so much the company thanks called keep up the good job you did cause you really help me.
Tyler HVerify tire pressures, thankfully I did and can fill high psi tires. Otherwise these guys were great and very fast getting me checked in.

James CDo not recommend chad and David moving help. David is very old. I had to hire two other people to help towards the end and they still charged me another hour extra. They were smoking cigarettes inside the moving truck with my furniture and smoking weed on the job. I would never recommend them

Ross CI had a one day rental, returned the truck that night by 11:30pm, went out of state for the holiday and when I returned on Sunday I had received an email stating that I was charged for 5 days plus was charge for Safe Move even though I declined all extra services and coverages. I have filed my concerns on the U-Haul website and am waiting to hear from Aaron's Sales and Lease -U-Haul in Bluefield VA for them to resolve this matter and correct my bill.

Rebecca NI ordered a dolly and it was accepted and when I picked up the truck they explained they dont carry dollys there so why was my request accepted online for a dolly? I do not blame Aarons store for this. Of note on a previous occassion I rented a uhaul truck from mefcor in North tazewell I had ordered a dolly and was charged and again there was no dolly available. The system needs to be updated so that you are not capable of ordering things that are not available. Its hard to move without a dolly. Thank you
Ashley MMake sure the employees are checking the equipment at check in! Our equipment was damaged and could not be used and we had to sit on the side of the road for 3/4 hours and wait on roadside to assist us
