Robert CThe woman who helped me (Sharon, I think?) was fantastic. I had to change my pickup location to her site last minute and she took it all in stride. She helped me with some technical problems during check in and made me feel comfortable driving what felt like a GIANT truck. What a great experience after learning the the truck I needed was not available from the location I had intended to work with!

Marie TA&S Auto Parts did their job but U-HAUL over charged me and the customer service from U-HAUL was rude and not very helpful. Your phone app needs a lot of work. Your dealers need the ability to override the computer system to help the customer.

Albert SSharon helped us get our reserved vehicle. She was highly competent, personable, knowledgeable, and a joy to deal with. I was very impressed with her customer service and would even go so far to say that even though Binghamton is more convenient (there were no trucks available so I drove 40 minutes to Montrose for the truck) I'd recommend going to Montrose just for Sharon, every time.

Kevin JOriginal rental agreement was on Chenango Street in Binghamton N.Y. Called the morning of rental to verify equipment. Was told all go. Upon arrival equipment was not available. Wasted two hours. Not a happy customer
leonard cA & S is a great small business that does this. They were very helpful. I didn’t originally book the truck at their location though. Originally booked it at a place down the road from where I needed it. The booking got changed though without much knowledge or confirmation. It was another 10 miles away from where I needed it and therefore probably cost me an extra $30+ dollars.

LEONARD GNothing. The process was smooth and simple. The vehicle was spotless. I felt very comfortable getting into the vehicle following the verbal instructions for operation. I'll definitely rent again from U-Haul.

ALLYNB CMy only recommendation would be to amend the pickup location. It led me to believe it was Phillips in Halstead, PA. Otherwise, this has been the best rental experience of my life. Both pickup and drop off location staff was awesome!
Patrick HThe problem wasn't with the location, it was with the website. I set an appointment for 3pm that got canceled because the website booked it for 8am. Please verify your field defaults aren't refreshing when someone goes back a screen, or if the screen refreshes due to not filling required fields. Lady at counter helped me re-book it and I still got the truck.

At the last minute they called stating they could not have our 26ft truck and sent us 50 miles further to montrose PA for a 20ft truck. This is poor customer service from Uhaul
