Three trailers of the type that I wanted to rent. One was a 1992, another 2006, and a 2016. All of them had some sort of damage and at least one tire that was questionable. Renting was easy. Person at this site was super nice.phil T.

This was not my original location. My original location is at Beauty Supply on W Florida St. They will only let me comment on this location. Have your mobile services accurate and up to date on what's available. I had to wait 2 hours to get my uhaul. That is 2 hours I was put behind on moving which caused me to move things in the dark. Also keep in mind I was moving to another city so I got on the road at a time I was not planning. It was very inconvenient. On top of that I was refunded and had to REPAY an extra $150 just to get my car because someone sold me a uhaul that was not available. I had to find out MYSELF because someone got in the truck and drove off with it! Then they expected me to go to another city to pick up another one so I had to settle for a smaller one. Had a truck scheduled for 1:00pm the agent didn't arrive until almost 2pm. Then received keys to the truck that was not in my reservation and when I said it was a different truck she told me she would fix it and didn't. It made dropping off the truck an hour long experience. The location closed early so I had to wait to talk to the 800 number.Martin R.

Have additional trailer tongue tripods available. Since UHaul cargo trailers do not have tongue Jack's the hitch needs some support when not connected to tow vehicle.Gary R.

I was charged for 15 gallons of fuel. The truck had half a tank of gas when I picked it up and 1/2 a tank when I dropped it off. I have been ripped off and demand my fuel charges be reassessedROBERT W.

I will never in a million years return to this location. The owner is a piece of work. When we arrived with the truck she asked if we knew how to attach the trailer. We said, no. She said "well I can't help legally I'm not able to drive the truck." What a load of BS! She tried coaching us through attaching the trailer ourselves but that was fruitless. Finally she jumps in the drivers seat and even SHE can't figure it out. This woman owns a Uhaul location and spent over an hour backing the truck up trying to attach the trailer hitch. In the meantime, she called over RANDOM men waiting on the bus to help. This added to the wait time and allowed random men to drive the truck we were responsible for. After an hour and a half and four different people driving the truck the trailer was finally attached. After that experience, we drove to another Uhaul location to have them check it and the trailer was on WRONG. Mind you this was a trailer for auto-transport. This would have been catastrophic if we hadn't had it checked! To top it all off she charged the wrong card for the purchase. What a ridiculous experience. The pick up location changed at the last minute. When I went there to pick up the truck, the mobile application did not work and would not let me access the codes for the lock. Then the truck had no gas and would not start. I had to spend 50 minutes calling and trying to figure something out. I was asked to go to another location to get a different truck. Definitely not a good experience since I had to drive for 2 hours instead of 1 like I ordered and paid for online, then lost at least an hour calling and trying to find a truck.Joris E.

Do not add insurance without asking customers I declined insurance on line when I purchased the rental on line my wife picked up truck and the lady added the insurance without saying or asking her if she still didn't want it. The area manager would not take it off the bill even when the reservation showed that I declined it. The power outlet's didn't work the manager told us that those were a luxury item and did nothing about it. It looks like I have to take uhaul to small claims court to get insurance back. I will never use or recommend uhaul for my move again.THOMAS H.

The person was very nice. But the rates was not correct. We had already paid 16.00 for mileage, but they charged another 6.34 from my card for 4 miles over. Its say 20 miles on the bill but we wrote down the start mileage b4 we started driving and the end mileage it was only 19 we had driven.Then still charged me 14.00 dollars for insurance I had taken off.Wayne R.

I had a reservation for a truck and I was overcharged for insurance for an out of town rental and have yet to receive my money back.Tiara V.
I made a reservation online and excluded the insurance option. When i went to hook up the trailer this location put the insurance back on and charged my card without informing me of the change.Andrew M.

Provide the equipment at the location booked to pick it up. I will NEVER use u-haul again because of all the passing around and having to pick my truck up at another inconvenient location. When I got to the new location, they didn't have my reservation nor did they have the right size truck which was supposedly the reason they changed my pickup location in the first place. They didn't have the furniture pads I had ordered at this location and I was told I would have to go back to the original pickup location for those so I ended up going to Home Depot and buying my own. This was a horrible experience and I will not only never use u-haul again, but I will never recommend them to anyone else.Betsy F.
