Online registration was not easy to follow. Was not intuitive. Had to pre register and then do the whole process agian.

When I dropped the U-Haul off at this location, I was expecting to see an open facility. However, when I arrived on time at 10am, no one was on site. Operating times listed on the door indicated the facility was open. However, the door was locked, no one was seen on the property, and I called the phone number posted on the door for the facility and only reached voicemail. I left a voice mail with my name and contact number. No one has attempted to call me back since then. I had to call a U-Haul representative to do an online return. I was very uncomfortable doing this as by this point, I was past my drop off time. And add the fact that if something were to happen with the vehicle, I do not want to be responsible for any damage or stolen property. Overall, a terrible experience with the return. I will say on a positive note, the representative who assisted me with the online return, she was very patient, professional, and a positive reflection of the U-Haul assistance staff.
JOHN GI got charged double the price even though I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas as before and returned it within store hours. I was not after hours so I'm not sure why I got charged for an after hours fee
DUSTIN MThis is the worst business which rents Uhaul equipment. The vehicles are parked across a road with little space to walk around the vehicle. Absolutely terrible. Would absolutely not recommend this location or ever do business there again. Again absolutely terrible.
Joseph GThe location itself came across, to me, as very "not-safe" especially for female customers that are by themselves, late at night. Not a good place to be alone at night in general. just so secluded and fraught with potential danger.

KANTRESA DTo be clear, the quality of the vehicle was fine. Our trouble was with the pickup and drop-off procedures. We specifically booked a time during the business' open hours to pickup keys from the front desk in person, but one day before our reservation, the pick-up was changed by the business to a 24/7 pick-up through the UHaul app. We downloaded the app ahead of time and had it ready to go when we got to the UHaul location, but it still took us a half hour to check out the vehicle. The app crashed numerous times and took a long time to restart. We had a similar experience trying to return the vehicle, but thankfully found a staff member to help us. The staff member was very kind and helpful, but mentioned that the app has a tendency to crash over busy weekends. Warning: it's terribly frustrating, even if you are savvy with apps, and there is no guarantee someone will be there to help you. For that reason, I cannot recommend this location.

Bryan BTruck was dirty when picked. Had to keep it an extra day and spend more money because I was unable to drive the truck at night because the headlights were pointing down instead of straight in front so had no visibility. That made it so took more time because could only use truck when was light outside. Will not recommend this place again.

Jason STwo things. The battery died on me twice and had to jump it twice! 2nd. I was never told I would be charged extra if I went over 50 miles. Probably in the fine print somewhere. Hopefully they make it right for the inconvenience

george kJose was a few minutes late for my scheduled pickup of the trailer. But after checking the lights and finding them not working, Jose checked my fuse, loaned me tools to remove my car molding. He also confirmed the trailer lights were not the problem. He confirmed that the light module in my vehicle was not working. Jose was very helpful and even though he could not fix the problem, he suggested a nearby U-Haul that was open so that I could get the module replaced.
Brian KHorrible horrible experience. I left a poor review for this neighborhood dealer. Customer service was bad. The dealer charge me late fee saying I returned the equipment at 9:30pm the next days when I returned the equipment 3 hours after I rented it. The representative at this location was inattentive being on his phone the whole time. When I received a receipt, it was not my signature. I already left a review so I will not go into more detail. Horrible horrible neighborhood dealer. They need reeducation if U-Haul would continue to partner with them.

TASHA RTheir computer was running a little slow but I wasn't in a hurry so it didn't make me mad. If I was in a hurry I probably would have been mad because your already stressed having to move. I will say their communication skills are great.

I was supposed to pick up my trailer at 7 a.m. at the first location, but this one did not open until 9 a.m. Then, I waited until 9:15 and no one showed up. I had to rearrange my entire move schedule because of this terrible customer service.
Bill PNumber for location not working. You shouldn't allow online check in if key pickup isn't in place and no way to contact. Then I got charged more in total by having to take a larger truck, A total scam

Stephanie CThe gas gauge on the truck DID NOT function properly. I filled the truck up 3 times, waiting multiple minutes in between each, and the meter did not move. As I made my way back to the drop off location with the plan to call UHaul to mention the issue, the meter flipped to FULL. When I picked the truck up it was only half full. Due to the broken meter, I shelled out an extra $50 dollars on gas. This is unacceptable
Jonah Li was charged for insurance when i never agreed to, i was charged a full price, and the truck was missing a head light and i reported it, and i was told there is nothing they can do about it, to call corporate. planned expense was $100 and i ended up getting charged double

ADA FI was going to return the truck early but looked on the contract and decided to wait til was due. She called several times asking to return the truck before it was due. The lady gave my husband an attitude and acted like we were not going to return the truck, and was not professional. We also put gas in it before we returned it to find out she charged us anyway. I have always used Uhaul in every move in Arizona, but will never use this location we dropped off ever again. Thankfully the area field manager refunded us the gas charge. Please improve on customer service and drop off protocols. Gracias
KEANNA EAs far as customer service, the person up front didn't mention Uhaul only accepts there own insurance and there is an automatic $14 insurance fee added. If this place would have bothered to mention this since the beginning I would not be making it a big deal. But its unfortunate they don't take 10seconds out of there time to mention this because its in the contract! Per there response!

WILLIAM DBusiness asked me to drive into a mud pit over a curb to park it. Also charged me a cleaning fee when the uhaul was in awful shape. Also charged me a fuel fee which wasn't accurate. Very disappointed. Ship itself smelled awful and was essentially a junkyard with trucks around it.
MAXWELL CWas told that the truck had to be delivered to this location which was approximately 30 miles from where it was unloaded. Because of this, i had to pay for extra mileage. The business was closed @10:15 AM so nobody was there to receive the truck. We had to wait an hour for someone to show up so we could move the truck to get our car out of the very limited parking lot. It was a joke and I will not recommend this location to anyone.
