I had a difficult time picking up and dropping off online. We managed, but it took awhile. I'm not a fan of the online system. The location is great and the service there is great also.

Millie WhittakerBarcode on black key box return was missing, no staff on-site, and no phone signal so I was unable to complete return process. I contacted Uhaul immediately but they did not do return or contact me for over a week. Truck was moved twice before my return was processed. Uhaul never contacted me, I had to continuously contact Uhaul to demand return to be processed. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone.
