Eventually would be nice to have more cameras facing the units, especially the end ones. Also was kind of irritating how the neighbors across the street would let their dog(s) out within 5 minutes of me getting there every time and let it continuously bark. One time I was there for a good 45 minutes trying to work on organizing the unit and they let the dog bark the entire time so I eventually left. Won't be getting another end unit because of it. Can't fault the business for it, but it is very annoying. I have 2 dogs of my own and I don't tolerate behavior like that.

The pin for the hitch was missing. One of the front tires was completely bald. The employee at this location missed it and whoever handed it off to him missed it as well. We ended up waiting for 4 extra hours for U-Haul to fix the tire before our trip.

I could not ask for better. I have had storage at the Lower Valley location 2 times now. Jason made me feel very secure in choosing there to store my items. Would gladly be on a waiting list next time if need be. Would not consider anywhere else. Jason has a finally run business. 🤗🎶

I've used A&B Storage units a few different times, this last time for the last 5yrs or more. I've had great customer service, always felt safe and secure with my items and this location. After a rocky start as to the cancellation of our original contract due to someone deciding we couldn’t take the truck to Canada, some heated exchanges with Dylan - and then the decision being made to allow the truck to cross into Canada all went well. Thanks to Dylan for the new arrangement, the truck was clean, rode well, held all our belongings and was easy to drive. Thank to UHaul for making our journey an easy one. We will recommend you to everyone.

Unable to apply uhaul employee discount at 24/7 pickup location. Pickup location said they didn't know. Submitted CAF. Location did go out of their way to find vehicle and thank you, five stars.

I have rented a unit for the past 2 winters and will rent one again this fall.

There was no one present at the location when I showed at the appointed time to pick up the unit I had reserved. Attempts to contact by phone and email failed. I picked up the unit and left, then thru phone contact with the mail uhaul service number was able to complete the contract and pay for the rental.

I do have one complaint - I scratched the top of the U-Haul and found out at the end that the top part is NOT insured - my cc was charged for the damage (with no warning as its in the contract)....I wish I had been made aware of this from the get go then I wouldn't have been so mad with the U-Haul company once I dropped it off!!

Frustrated with the Uhaul website and overall lack of Uhaul knowing where trucks really are. We were sent to A&B storage by another Uhaul location who said the truck we requested was available there. There was not one there. The guy at A&B was helpful and did what he could to check us out with another truck, but it took a long time because of Uhaul's site he had to use.

Has nothing to do with this location but requesting that I drive 15 miles to drop off a trailer while there was a dealer at my destination is taking advantage of the customer. I will never ever do that again!!!
