Corporate communication was terrible. I received emails that tried sending me to an alternate location with. I business name or number. When I tried to call the corporate number (4 times) I never could reach anyone. On my way home I was told to change my drop off location and I tried to communicate, the lady hung up on me. Not impressed with corporate at all!

We were told it was "Not our Problem" by your customer service agent Nicole at the Spokane Regional Office, 2 days before we were moving out of state we would need to travel upwards of 3-6 hours round trip to pick up our car trailer. This was unacceptable as a solution, your company pays workers to have equipment at the correct locations for customers who've booked in advance, we had by almost 2 weeks and 10 business days. We were told "We would need to figure it out" and when we asked to speak with a manger Nicole's response was "There is no manager in and I don't know when they will be In, you can keep trying to call back". Now after getting a trailer only because someone else had decided to bring it back early, we've been charged over $100 more than we were quoted for on our contract with no damages or explanation, we have been working to contact the AAA Wildcat Storage to rectify the issue with no answer from multiple phone calls at various times during business hours. They also forgot our Tow-Dolly which we were charged for and when we mentioned it at pick up they said "To take it up with the return office".Once this charge is explain/reversed we will not be using this company again as the customer service we have received has been terrible, unacceptable, and extremely unprofessional!

The truck I originally reserved was no longer available, so U-Haul switched it out for the same price. When I called to confirm any differences, they did not tell me that they reduced my allowed miles. I didn’t learn this until I returned my truck.

Rented this 6x12 trailer in Ellensburg for move. Loaded it heavy then had the presence of mind to check all four tires’ pressure. They read 50, 42, 30 and 12 (!!!!). They never checked tire pressures before releasing this trailer to me!!! These Carlisle tires should be at 65 PSI!! Prescription for deadly accident endangering my family had I not checked. I filled all to 65. So the next day I rechecked in Baker City, OR. One had dropped to 40, another to 46 during the night. Filled all back up to 65. So, stopped at main Uhaul facility in twin falls for fix. They replaced the one and when checking the other three, an employee Shawn Parrish luckily found another one that had a cut causing it drop pressure fast down to 28 after being filled only 3 hours before. Huge kudos to Shawn of 1757 Kimberly Rd in Twin Falls for saving us from could have been a catastrophe. I then began stopped every two hours for tire readings.
