Customer service was top notch!!! Incredibly helpful and a super convenient location with an easy to navigate parking lot. The equipment was less that desirable, old with a lot of miles and vehicle died twice on me during low speed maneuvering.

erin mHonor reservations for trucks when they are made? Or give your customers a heads up BEFORE we arrive to pick up a rental that the truck we reserved is not available? Surprises on moving days when customers arrive to find no vehicle available is not acceptable. No more U-Haul rentals for us!

JAMES DAAA Storage has taken excellent care of us over the last 2 years. When we moved to the area, we rented a unit with them and returned our first truck to this location. We kept the unit until it was time to move again, and reserving another truck with them was a seamless process. Thanks so much!

David FThe day before my scheduled pick up, I decided I probably should have reserved a 20 foot truck rather than the 15 and called to see if an upgrade was possible. Sadly, no, there wasn't a 20 footer in the yard. Then, wonderfully, an hour before I was to be there, a 20 footer got dropped off and AAA called me with the good news. She was fantastic - helpful, considerate and pleasant. The whole experience was exactly what I wanted it to be.

Michael LThere was duct tape on top of the truck that we later discovered was meant to keep any rain out. It did not work as we realized after arrival at my destination and some of the items were wet.
