MARCIA BThere is another Uhaul 2 blocks away that would have been easer. This site is a locked storage yard with no way to get in to the main office. I almost left when someone saw me at the gate and let me in. The clerk was very nice and helpful but I will check the address and not reserve at this site again. Returning was the same with having to wait 5 min for her to unlock the gate. Too much hassle.
