This appears to be an independently owned facility. The people at the facility were very friendly and this was basically a quick and easy transaction. BUT.......I all but threw up when getting into the rental truck!!!! Filthy dirty....dirt & sand covered the floor; trash and food scraps throughout the interior; reeked of cigarette smoke; could barely see out the windows from grime inside & splattered bugs outside. In that I was on a very tight time frame, and this appeared to be the ONLY truck available, I did not have the time or inclination to put up any kind of fight about it at the time of pick-up.

I ordered a larger trailer than what was given. everything I wanted to make on this move did not fit. It would have been nice if U-Haul had tried to find one out of region and get one for me instead of just saying their was none available. That would have been great customer service.

No one at location upon arrival and doors were locked. Phone number told to call was not answered. Attendant seemed out of it and like didnt even want to be there and i dont think represents company very well

One clerk, turn in took nearly an hour. Just 1 person in front of me while we waited for clerk to track down info on man's rental which got booked as 1 way. I have seen this too many times ....only one clerk, frequent 1 way bookings as opposed to local....has happened to me....what is wrong w your system....it is a mess

Charged me for two days, i returned the same day, dropped key and contract in box because office was out to lunch. over charged on insurance as well

Worst experience with uhaul ever. They sent me to 3 different locations for pick up. Then the equipment wasn’t ready to leave their parking lot and they do not carry what was needed for me to purchase. They set us back two hours on our move. The rates were not properly explained to me and completely overpriced. They told me to drop off in one location (which was on my contract) then blew my phone up asking me to drop it off in a different town. Horrible experience

My call in order got in put completely wrong I ordered a 26' truck was put down for a smaller one I ordered it for 10am was put down for 8am lady that helped me at this location has a bad attitude I was very unhappy lesson learned

Its was a self drop off, so i dont knw much about here but the one on north academy, they make me never want to use uhaul again. Customers server is very bad.

We were overcharged by more than 50 miles. We drove the truck only 8 miles to take one load from a 10x20ft. storage room just 3 miles from this location to a new storage room at thsi location, and they wouldn't give us a receipt right when we turned in the truck. My husband told them we drove it 8 miles. When we got the receipt by email it shows we were charged for 66 miles. Absolute rip off!! I'll be calling the location tomorrow!

I was simply confused when I returned the truck and there was a Hummer H3 in its parking spot and the store was locked. The sign said they were at a property visit, but I wasn't sure what to do. I found the key drop box, but I felt awkward leaving the dolly unprotected. I saw signs that said it was under surveillance so I assumed it was okay to leave it. Just recommend more clear instructions for such situations. Otherwise very nice. Thank you!
