KEVIN S.I ordered a hand truck plus a furniture dolly and was charged for the two but the truck was empty when I picked it up. Since it is a smart phone pick up I couldn't talk to anyone to get the equipment ordered. I sent the picture of the empty truck and yet I was still charged.
Yvonne G.- Too many Bugs across windshield (& layers of dirt too). - Pickup: went an hour later than I wanted, per lady's request, who stated/promised she would call me if she opened earlier. She said she opened early, but she did not call me to pickup at my desired time - Somehow, someone changed my online order from Regular pickup (at office) to "24/7" type of Pickup, without my knowledge/concurrence. I found it later and had to correct it.

Returning is easy as well, always a spot available to place the trailer easily where you don't have to leave it out in the way. Trailer this time was in the best condition of all of the trailers I've rented from Uhaul over the years.

Craig K.The truck was obviously not cleaned, because I found beer bottles and sticky spots in the truck, which was no big deal but made me concerned I would be liable, so I cleaned it myself before I got on the road. Also there was just a lot of confusing and conflicting info about all the different quotes and charges I was offered. I've learned in the 3 or 4 times I've dealt with Uhaul now, you will ALWAYS wind up paying more than you budget or are quoted.

Joanne C.Before our reservation, we were told last minute that the truck will have to be picked up at a different location further away. This made us go over our mileage. No compensation was offered. I then received a call from a person at this location questioning me as to why I am one-waying the truck. I explained my situation, and the person still could not understand why we were going one-way. Specifically told the person we purchase a home, and will not need to come back as we would be wasting a hour there and back. Person still was asking and saying we would save money coming back, etc. I do not think person was listening. During the self-inspection the the truck, it was dirty inside the truck. Carpet was dirty, drinks inside truck, store receipts from previous renters, and there was a red clay or sand in the cab of the truck. The driver side reverse light was out too. Very unsanitary if we are in a pandemic.

Geo V.The trailer got a flat tire, then Uhaul sent out an incompetent service person who put a defective tire on a loaded trailer and 30 miles later it went flat and when I pulled off the road the axle broke. I was told the company would send movers to help me. Then I was told I had to call moving companies myself. Then hours later I was told they Uhaul couldn't provide help. I'm a senior citizen and I had to move everything myself after spending hours on the phone talking to different people. The trailer had to be towed and so I never saw the drop off location. Over two weeks later someone called and asked how my experience was. I provided my “experience†several times over the two days that this all happened and just today…two weeks later I received a response.

Tiffanhy C.Location was great. Clerk was very nice and helpful. The wiring harness for the trailer had a bent prong when I plugged it in at the pick up location. Once I made it to willows and turned the vehicle off and back on I had no trailer lights. The harness blew a fuse on my vehicle and I had to buy a new harness and replace the fuse. Once I replaced the fuse the original harness was not sending power to the trailer at all. I left the new harness on the trailer for you.
