Located conveniently. The business was closed. Easily and user friendly UHaul app to return the vehicle. Poor WiFi.

LITO DThe drop off location is apparently never opened, a crucial fact that was not shared, and I had to pay an extra day waiting for someone to pick up the phone so I could drop the truck off. I called U Haul customer service to take it to a different site and that was when I found out this is a vacant drop off site. I was also told they would extend my return time, but still received a $40 additional day fee. To be fair to future customers, one should share in the return instructions that there will be NO ONE at this site, they do not answer their phone, and it is always showing as CLOSED on google. It is an empty lot on dirt with a drop box for the keys. I had to download the U Haul app to fill out the return instructions that included taking photos of all sides of the truck, interior and box. This was time consuming going through the process and again, the lack of customer service is egregious.
LYSBETH WPicking up the van was easy with great customer service. Self check out was okay but took a lot of time to download and go to the next step.

bob kNone of the dollies or furniture covers that we ordered were present. We had to drive all the way to another location to get them which significantly delayed our move. The cab was dirty and had liquid stains on the door. No power steering. The brakes were very spongy.
INSEON YSuper experience - met in driveway by a very pleasant lady. She asked if we had a good experience, took the keys and said she would handle everything. We were on the road in minutes. Just great customer service!

Valerie BThe truck was very dirty inside and out. It was an older truck without the usb plugs, but that wasn't a problem. The real problem was how bad it smelled. The seats and back cargo area were very dirty and smelled AWFUL. Like it had been used to haul chickens or livestock. :(

Mike HThe manager was very rude has no P.R skills , I was running 2 hour late call me start off telling me how I need to tell him why I am 2 hours late I tried to talk to him and he hung up on me , I rent from Uhaul 2 to 3 times a month , I have never been treated like that so disrespectful , I guess that why this place has a lot of trucks there not rented
Terry KYour web presence makes it hard to find but I persisted because I always get friendly service from the operator. However you app which tries to eliminate customer service and forces me to use my phone in the bright sun with no interaction will make it not matter how well the place is run. It is demeaning and self serving. So it will be self service in the future. Thank you for letting me wait on me.
