This location is great. Very customer friendly from reminder calls about truck pick-up to having the truck parked curbside for easy rental. Will rent from here again.

Edward TBusiness wasn’t open so it was an after hours drop off (8:45 Sunday morning). The U-Haul Truck Share 24/7 website and the U-Haul app would not allow me to do an online drop-off. So, I had to call TruckShare Customer Service.
Brian NMy experience was great! This is the only place in the area that opens earlier than 9 AM. The guy at the front desk was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place.

Rebecca KOn the booking page, it said this location opened at 8 AM. My reservation was for 8:30. I arrive on time and no one is there. I check myself in online. The truck is locked behind a gate with no key on site. No one is there. I call the location multiple times and no one picks up. Im on the phone with Uhaul representatives and they offer me a truck across the city. It’s 9:15 at this point, and we see someone moving around. I call the location again, and the person answers with an attitude saying they don’t open till 9, they don’t have my reservation, and tell me multiple times that I’m probably at the wrong location. I tell her multiple times to come out and look at my phone then. She realizes I had checked myself in already, so my reservation was on a different page. It’s 9:30 by the time I leave, and I’m now an hour behind. When I get in the truck, there are leftover Cheetos in the cup holders. Would not recommend.

Joseph CThey had a written phone number on a sign for me to call. They told me there is no option to get any sort of written receipt and that I would get an email from UHaul. As of now, UHaul still shows no record of my drop off. I would never trust this place again.

Mauricio VCurbside check in was a little out of the ordinary, but was a quick and smooth experience. Due to the nearby highway it was a little noisy and hard to hear.

I needed a 20 foot truck but their business is so busy in the weekends, they only had a 20 foot. I took it and to my surprise, they had a 15 foot truck waiting for me, Saturday morning. Liliana WWhen we picked up our uhaul the vender was very helpful explaining how the truck drove best, very friendly and very easy drop off when we were done. We drove from Houston to Gypsum, CO in the summer without any trouble.

DEBRA BWas charged for fuel (3 gallons) for $14.............drove 22 miles and put in just over 3 gallons of gas before returning the vehicle. Hard to believe the vehicle needed 6 gallons of fuel for 22 miles. Pretty certain the fuel gage was the same when I returned it and pretty certain the amount they were claiming in the tank was a bit high......
Alan FThe pickup process took 40 minutes, the app is not Friendly at all. Didn't accept my phone number, didn't allow me to upload the pictures with some scratches. Overall, pickup process with the app or the website needs to be improved. Return process was excellent, really fast and friendly.

Raul HHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Jessica the red headed lady was absolutely rude. I called several days prior to ensure the truck would be avail and that I would be fine retrieving the truck since I scheduled an early pickup for 9:00AM CST and the lady on the phone confirmed it was avail and that would be fine since they are 24/7. on the day of the move Tuesday - I get there early and go through the uhaul checkin and get to the point where I need to review the truck and go to the front gate (that is closed) and its now 8:50 AM and I call the number and NO ONE PICKS up. I continue to call and hope they pickup at 9 since that is their supposed open hour and still no one picks up!!! I continue to call until FINALLY like 9:15 someone picks up and the lady is RUDE AF. I have scheduled movers coming at 9:30 and was on a schedule and this was not helpful. her understanding of the checkin vs uhaul directions are not consistent - she tells me I can't get the truck till I get a code in the checkin, but uhaul is saying I need to review the truck conditions and submit pics if damaged. she tells me I should just skip the steps till I get a confirmation code, I tell her I am not comfortable doing that since there wasn't a skip option and finally she pulls the truck out but takes the key with her so I have to call her again to ask for the key to get the mileage and gas info for the checkin process. then finally when I finish the check in there WAS NO CODE that she claimed would be at the end of checkin. Jessica the red headed lady was so rude!!! I would never go back there again and highly advise others to avoid if they want to get their truck on time and good experience. They need to re-train on what the checkin is actually like.

Trenton PThe site offers reservations before the apparent opening of the facility and you cannot use mobile pickup it offers as well. This was very inconvenient. The associate just shrugged when I brought these things to his attention!

Rich POwner didn't allow to go inside of buiding and asked to way out of gate while it was rainining. And car was dirty and sticky. Also he charged me extra miles. Usuially you U-Haul charge for miles when I get back, and he charged for 50 miles without knowing how much wil I spend.

rae wWoman hung up phone on husband and said she wouldn’t help resolve a problem caused by the UHaul system & that we couldn’t resolve the prior day because they did not answer the phone for hours (so we had to follow advice from another UHaul location). Just shockingly rude; difficult to contact & unwilling to work with customer to resolve an unavoidable issue.
Jennifer OThis was the first time I reserved a U-haul truck. So, I was a bit confused about picking up the truck and keys. It would be nice to have instructions for dummies. Overall, it was a nice experience though.

David PI ordered 36 (3 dozen) blankets and received less than 12 (I think 10) but was charged for 36 and I am worried I will be charged for 36 or charged fees even though I didn’t even get one dozen.

Melissa DBetter communication- I was told I'd receive a call Thursday (one day before my move) to hammer down the details of time, equipment, etc. One day is NOT ENOUGH NOTICE. They didn't have furniture pads or the dollies I requested so I was scrambling and had to go out and buy my own furniture pads. They were also very rude and told me if I didn't come in the 30 minute window I had ZERO decision on, they'd give my truck to someone else? Be more professional
