A.M. Towing was great, my Average score is related to the entire rental experience. I made a reservation on line, received several confirmation emails from U-Haul and even spoke to the person at the original pick up location (not AM Towing) only to show up on the morning of my reservation to find.....no truck. The person told me that the current renters didn't bring it back as agreed. That's not my problem, when you make a reservation and confirm it, the equipment should be there. I had o drive from Middletown DE to Bear DE to get another truck. I also reserved moving blankets that I never did get. Again, the gentleman at A. M. Towing was very professional but I won't be using U-Haul again!

Hello, Uhaul needs to ensure the tire sensors are replaced, before someone gets on the highway. The tires were at the correct PSI. A.M. Towing went with me to ensure that they were, but the Tire pressure light never went off. About 3 hours on the road, the left rear tire needed air (warning light came on to add air) and the road skid light came on. Prayed and kept it movin. Thank GOD for traveling mercy. Thank you Alonzo for ensuring everything was good before I left.
