It was very easy to get in and get out of the U-Haul office which was so important to have more time moving... instead of ret tape during the rental process.

The tongues of the trailers should be propped up. The tongue of a 6×12 trailer was heavy, and the tires were in mud, so it was not able to turn easily. I spent 35 minutes in the pouring rain, trying to hook the trailer up, whereas had the tounge been propped up, it could have been don in 5 minutes.

I was charged 10 dollars too much for the rental. I told the attendant and she assured me that it would be taken off and I still got charged 10 dollars too much.

The trailer has chunks of styrofoam in it. Also the enclosed trailer leaked from the top soaking my sofa. The only reason I rented an enclosed trailer was to keep the sofa dry.

Absolutely appreciate help extending the life of my rental. It was a turn around place where nothing had time to be cleaned, trailer had a flat, put me behind. The people were great; the equipment not so much

The truck was one of the worst I have ever rented. Anything above 50 mph the truck would sway, pulling from left to right. The AC would cut off every couple of minutes. When I mentioned this at return, my concerns were met with, "It has a lot of miles on it." The front end should be checked, along with tire pressure. As you know, this is not normal, even with a lot of miles.

This was not the location I signed by the U-Haul company I found this place by accident because the other place did not exist why your company would send me to a place that does not exist is a little strange I’m glad I found a new place it was great

The location was close to my job so it was very convenient. The floors of the truck were filthy and there was a potato chip bag stuffed into the console and an old uHaul straps box under the seat. My biggest issue is with the app. It took 30 minutes to try to get checked in because the app kept crashing on my phone or the signal wouldn't go through. I finally went inside and had the attendant check me in. The return process was a nightmare. It was cold and dark and the app wouldn't accept the odometer picture. After attempting several work arounds, I was finally able to get the truck returned. I called customer service but the wait time was 51 minutes. I was finally home before Uhaul called back. That's unacceptable.

This is an exceptional storage facility. My furniture was in storage for 8 months. I had no damage what so ever. I recommend this facility. The staff is so pleasant. They give courtesy calls.... Amy you rock!!!. I appreciate you so much!

My drop off was closed. The lady lived next door and seemed aggravated because we were there. She even sped around us to get to her driveway. It's a good thing we didn't have any small children.

This was not the location I requested in the beginning. The location changed after I booked my reservation. I spent more money in gas mileage this time, I had a budget estimate around last reservation based on the same distance. But I feel I got trip in this reservation based on the need for the U-Haul.

The truck was dirty on pickup. I didn't receive a receipt or a contract outlining the details of my order. Did not know i only had 185 miles and had to take two trips from Auburn to Dothan.

The online reservation system led me to believe that there was a 1 month free rental for storage facilities. This was not the case for affiliate and not company owned locations.
