I was due a $40.00 refund for fuel I had to add to the first truck we picked up and to bring back because the tire was going flat. Trucks are not clean and the poor clerk at the gas station was trying to help us and watch the store at the same time. This place is very poorly run and I will not use them again!

Drop off location was headquartered out of a shell station. Person verified the trailer and where it should be parked.
Scott ECan’t think of anything they can do better . Zero complaints from me. There is no need to drive into New Orleans to rent a truck since AAA Shell is in my neighborhood and they make renting the equipment easy. He took his time to show me how to hook the trailer up properly and make sure that I was comfortable with pulling the trailer before I left the parking lot.

Lenora WI was rented a uhaul that was soooo loud it was unbearable to drive, but unfortunately I had no choice with a 5 year old. It was a nightmare. When I arrived to my destination they informed me that the catalyst converter was barely hanging on. These people allowed me to travel across states with an unsafe truck. Please bring a male with you when renting from them. They will get over on women & unfortunately I was one of them.

Gary DI only drove 20.2 miles and was told I went over 6 gallons of gas, the truck wasn’t cleaned when I got it and I uploaded the pictures and I have a video and was charged. The lady at the drop off was clueless, didn’t have the app, didn’t go check the truck, didn’t know anything. My experience with this location was not pleasant at all, I’ve been a customer for years and never had an be issue, I don’t think I’ll be a repeat customer anymore after my experience with this location. I live out of state and no matter the state I prefer uhaul over any company

Omar PU-Haul has poor service when you call in concerning a reservation. They can never modify a reservation which is poor customer service. I would advise to look for other moving equipment.

Raymond KHave some on site to give and receive the equipment. I turned in my equipment asked for someone to inspect it before I left and was told that they are not there to do but later received a $25 charge for cleaning when the truck was let clean. When I call the store rep I was told that they only turn in the pictures they do not add the charges.

DEBORAH UDidn't realize that I would be charged a full day charge and another safe move fee for bringing truck back hour and half late. If would have known this i would have finished moving everything instead of rushing to return after I was called and told someone else was wanting to rent truck. I paid for another 6 hrs and only had it 1hr 30min.
