The trailer was missing the light extension cord so we had to wait an hour before one was brought to us so we could leave. Very frustrating as we were on a tight time schedule and this caused a delay.

Gas station attendant is the one who assisted, but was the only employee, so had to attend to both the store and my checkout. Trailers were located behind the gas station in an alleyway parking lot where I witnessed a drug deal and then two individuals shoot up heroin behind a dumpster about 30 feet from where I was hooking up the trailer on my own. Fortunately it was daylight, but I would not recommend this location to any friend or loved one because of the lack of safety and help from the management.
Donald RThis location was behind a convenience store. There was no existing space, let alone enough to park a 15ft truck and trailer. I had no internet/location connection to utilize the UHaul app, nor any employees to assist in backing up a trailer to avoid blocking the drive-through. I passed a physical UHaul storage facility on my way to return my rental to a much smaller, less well equipped location.

SANDRA GFirst, the U-Haul app was extremely slow and difficult to use during the return. Returned the truck the day before it was due but the return was never processed and there is no phone number for A2Z. I had to call the main U-Haul location in Corpus Christi 3 times before the return was actually processed. They completely wasted my time and were not helpful. Do not expect the U-Haul employees here to do anything to help you unless they absolutely have to. Such a poor location when I’ve had great experiences with other U-Haul locations outside of Corpus Christi.

Spencer LQuick service. U-Haul trailers are behind a small quick mart gas station….hard to see. Use google maps for sure. Quick drop off, but I (elderly) had to remove trailer from hitch myself.
JANICE M1st trailer received was nearly undrivable, lots of vibration any speed over 25mph. Staff was friendly and had no issue with me swapping to another trailer that was in much better condition. But not sure why that was not the one rented to me in the 1st place.

MARK MHave someone at the location for check-in. Waited over two hours to be able to pick up our U-Haul. No one was there to even help us hook up the trailer! Would never recommend anyone use this location! So very disappointed.

Paul HThis is not a safe location. Broken glass throughout the drop off area. The location was a convenience store and there was only one clerk. Although he offered to assist, he could not leave the store unmanned. Clerk did not know how to do a check in and had to call someone. My equipment was not reported as returned and I was forced to deal with Uhaul recovery services. This was the only drop off location offered in Corpus in my online reservation. There are many much better locations in Corpus and I would have preferred one where you drive up and the trailer is disconnected and your receipt provided. I cannot understand why these were not offered. I will not book online again.
