Nothing! Gary the owner(?) is one of the most pleasant and helpful people I've ever met. This was the second time we've rented from him and he will have a customer for life.
Janet G.I thought it was great but I needed a unit for my bike and they only had the next size up. So, price was the factor at the expense of the larger unit. Otherwise I liked the facility and the employee who was awesome.

Christopher T.I had to help the employee move a car tow dolly because there wasn't space for my drop off ready. Also, I was about an hour and half late turning in the truck. The employee told me don't worry about it. That he would take care of it. When he finalized the return he told me I wouldn't be charged for another day, but I was.

JAMES M.Nothing personal against the receiving location but the fact is I will jot recommend Uhaul to anyone ever again. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. It started poorly because the location where we were supposed to pick up was closed when we arrived to pick up our truck at 10 am (our reserved time) the guy was 30 minutes late and had a line of people in front of us. So after an hour late we got our truck anf this delayed our day by an hour and a half because the location was 30 minutes from our house. Then when I tried to call uhaul and say I didn't want to pay for the hour that I didn't get the truck the girl was rude, and she told me "we don't refu d for late pick-ups" then I explained for a second time that we weren't late, the shop owner was and then she connected me to a different t department who only had a 50 dollar credit to offer. Then upon returning our truck after extending for one day, someone messed up and entered the wrong truck information in another state (VA) when we were returning it in TN, which in doing so, said we returned our truck to the wrong location at 2000+ over our allowed milage. So when we tried to return our truck they couldn't provide us with a receipt showing we returned the truck, which my husband needs because he is military. Then on top of that, the location that returned another truck under our information rented the truck back out under our name and using our credit card. They charged us for the rental and the over milage of 2000+ miles. Maxing out my credit card and forcing me to report fraudulent activity and having to cancel/replace the card. Now, I cannot still get a receipt proving I turned in the truck. And all I have gotten is a "sorry" but sorry doesn't fix something that has nothing to do with us. This is 100% uhauls fault. Not only has this messed up our claim with the military but someone was also able to use our credit card information on file and rent a truck in our name. Does your company not believe in checking driver's licenses when renting equipment. Also, the moving website you partner with, the movers didn't show up and tricked us into giving them the payment code. I had to file a police report because I paid 180.00 for a service I never received and there has been no resolution there either. Either way, if someone can enter one wrong number in the wrong state and completely monkey wrench your whole system then thanks but no thanks. I will never give you any business ever again! And we used you for 6 military moves so far...but never, ever again. And I sure will be telling this to every person who is PCSing that I know. Because NO one should have to go through this nonsense. And this wasn't the only truck I rented. I had two trucks and the other one had issues too upon return. I was owed a refund, which I eventually got but not before jumping through a ton of hoops and making countless phone calls. And I suggest working with your customer service reps on

Instead, I get a final receipt saying I turned in the trailer to somewhere in Florida and two days late. I can only assume the originator made a mistake. Why am I paying for it. A1 is and has always been my #1 go to for all my moving and storage needs. I rated only 5 stars because there was no option for 10!
