I rented a truck and a dolly. When I got to my location there was no ramp on the trucks which means I couldn’t use the dolly. I had to take the truck back immediately and was gone a total of 15-20 mins, I was told by the person working at location and the customer service agent that I should be able to get a refund. Got a callback today and the person lied and said I was gone 40mins and I wouldn’t get a refund because none of the 10ft trucks come with ramps. Yes I should’ve looked but, once I asked for a dolly the no ramp thing should’ve been brought up. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and wouldn’t even think about using U-Haul again

James PThe U-Haul app was clumsy and tedious. If you encourage customers to use it on check-in and check-out, it needs significant improvement. My bill was incorrect. The mileage out and in was off by 25,000 miles. The gas gauge was also incorrect, stating that the tank was full. It wasn't. Luckily, I had taken pictures of the odometer to verify the error. Customer support was very helpful in rectifying the billing error. However, if I had not taken photos of the odometer readings, I would have been overcharged by almost $50.

Ashley SI would only recommend this location in a time of need like us. There is no available parking. The truck only had 1/4 tank of gas and had to stop to get gas just to get to the initial location of my move. The clerk as friendly and helpful though. The location and parking were why I gave a 3 star rating.
