Reserved a truck & 4 dollies 3 weeks in advance. 2 days before pick up, I received a call informing me that there had been a change of pick up location that was farther away from my home. Upon arrival I was told there wasn't a truck or dollies available & I could go to the convenience store down the street to get a truck. I did however, no truck & dollies available there. Called UHaul & was told to go to yet another location even farther from my home. Upon arrival I was told yes they had a truck but no dollies. Left there with the truck. Discovered there was a hole in the floor of the truck. Returned the truck on time as instructed full of gas. Next business day I discovered an additional charge on my card. No email or call with a description of the additional charge. Needless to say, I am not a happy or impressed customer. No apologies..nothing!CATHY J.

The onsite agent went above and beyond (so unnecessarily -in my humble opinion-let me explain). I appreciate being able to use the Mobile Check-in. However, it doesn't AMOUNT TO A HILL OF BEANS to use that service at the location I patronized today when there is NO SIGNAL (for whatever the "Six Flags Park" reason) at that location for customers to use to check-in in any 24 hour period of the day. I rented my Uhaul from A-1 Storage. The representative that lives on-site at that storage company showed a totally lack of concern for her needs...I called at 6:02 pm...To my shock, She actually answered the phone (they close at 5 pm)...she explained why I couldn't upload the photos for the past 30 minutes(Six Flags Drive is known to have little to no signal) and that I could leave it and drop off the keys...I guess felt pity for me because she then came outside (wayyy after hours, mind you), in a not-so-good neighborhood. Then she proceeded to move the truck to help me try and get a signal. She came back to check on me after I tried for another 10-15 minutes to get it my phone to upload the picture I took per the Check-in App. She was CLEARLY tired and could use some rest. Nonetheless, she extended me an olive branch. Not to mention the customer that was dropping his truck off late (whom she knew by name-impressive). It is as if she has to be on and alert 24/7 in order to accommodate ALL customers. I know she isn't being compensated for that. I STRONGLY SUGGEST THE STORAGE COMPANY INVEST IN A GOOD SIGNAL FOR ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS (both Storage and UHAUL). And make her job less time-consuming. She is one of a kind. I don't know ANYONE that would work where she works AND be as self-sacrificing. If I were the business owner, I would invest in a GOOD WiFi Signal!!!!CHARITY H.

This location is HIGHLY unprofessional. The van was filthy and smelled like garbage. We made a reservation and no one was there once we arrived. To be fair, we made the reservation right before we showed up, so we didn't have any issue waiting for the employee to come back from lunch or whatever errands they were doing. There was a number on the door for us to call, so we called that number and spoke with a woman. She said she would call the employee working at that location to see where they were at. Another 10 or 15 minutes go by, and the employee shows up. We go inside and the phone rings. So the employee answers the phone. It was the woman that we spoke to on the phone earlier. The employee had the woman on speakerphone and she was complaining about me calling in. The employee immediately takes her off of speakerphone looks at me and says, â€œyou weren't supposed to hear thatâ€. Oh you think?? The employee also had a gun on her person and a guard dog in the office along with all these other signs posted inside that made the atmosphere highly uncomfortable. The employee herself was also very unprofessional and rude acting like we were inconveniencing her. I will NEVER come back to this location or recommend it. Which sucks bc this location is maybe 2 miles from my home and I constantly need to rent Uhauls. I will never use this location again. A rep from Uhaul needs to visit and shut it down. It makes Uhaul look very bad.CAITLIN K.

This is the 3rd time in a row that I have ordered equipment to be in the truck with my rental and it has not been there. Moving expensive things and not being able to have the blankets or dolly that you are counting to have has been a terrible experience and Uhaul needs to fix this from happening.JAMES B.
Do representative at this location on 361 Riverstone Parkway has a very nasty attitude. This storage space there is very dirty and unsanitized. And so was the truck and she 2 Days Later charged me an extra $75 after I bought the equipment back to my bill and I had to have it took it off by her manager. That was stealing. And something needs to be done about her and her adding money on that does not apply to the rental of the U-Haul truck.Denise B.

The customer service is awesome. The problem is that there is no cell service so you can't use the Uhaul app to checkout your rental. I tried using the app, but the process stalled. The attendant started the process, but because I started it, she was unable to help. She had to call Uhaul to cancel what I started in order to process the reservation. It was all just too much and not even Uhaul's fault.Robert M.
