The lockbox the key was in was very hard to open. I tried 37 minutes before the lock finally opened. Also, I had to stand in knee high weeds and briars to get to the lockbox. It was a hot evening and I had on shorts, my legs got scratched from the briars. So to improve for the next customer, I would say clean up the area at the lockbox and get better locks that open easier.

Regina PThe back door did not slide smoothly, it got caught on the track several times making it hard to catch the latch to lock. We did 2 loads and the ramp needed slamming, it came out while driving at one point out the apartment development. Lastly, there were ants inside the cab and on the back step up. I sprayed bug spray it was that bad but we had several on us. My 16 yr old daughter's skin was crawling, the entire usage. Not a pleasant experience at all.
Kendra WI've been overcharged for the rental, we returned the uhaul on the same date that we rented it. It was actually returned in 3 hours and I received a call on Sunday about some unreturned equipment. We returned it and checked in during business hours. The uhaul also didn't have gas in it where it was stated it was supposed to have gas in it at.

I had to go to multiple UHauls to find dolly's at different locations increasing my mileage. Also, my original reserved location was changed and I was sent further away to get my vehicle. Major inconvenience. I believe I'm due a discount. This vehicle cost me more that expected.

rolls wI ordered U Haul on Saturday and returned on Sunday morning. Make a payment and everything. On Monday morning they removed money on my card again. Saying I came for another U-Haul again. I can't believe it. This's totally wrong
juliet FPlease refund $10 for dolly. I reserved & confirmed $7 dolly. I was forced to get $10 dolly which I wasn't able to use at all because it was for large appliances of which I had none. You should prohibit your contractors from renting vehicles that have service lights on there were two service messages on this truck. I didn't feel like they gave me a safe truck but I didn't have another option to change it when I was already there there was no other inventory. They're also was nowhere for me to sit and I have a bad back.
Nandi NI was given a truck with 1/16 of gas. Charged $30 at ouckyto return it with 1/4 gas tank. I did return it with 1/4 gas tank. Still charged $30 on final bill. In addition to filling up the tank with my money to 1/4 tank. Why do I have to spend my money for the gas the previous truck renter used? I got the $30 refunded, but not for the gas I paid for. Ther is not going a next time rental with these shenanigans. I will avoid falling for that one again. And I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. No 1/4 gas tank, no rental. You will loose business that way. Peace.

Jesus OLocation office was locked. Had to knock and be let in. Woman said I should have been there at the exact time of my reservation and I was lucky it wasn't rented to someone else.

Loretta HI visited two UHaul locations on the same date because the one at A1 Mini Storage of South Cobb did not have all the supplies I had included with my online order. Moving blankets should be kept clean and stored in sealed packages. Each location should have enough supplies to fill the orders that are sent to them form headquarters.Moving trucks should be returned to HQ or UHaul specified location for regular maintenance. The UHaul just down the street was a much larger location, clean, well maintained and with a system that seemed to work for running the business more efficiently but they were must slower with order processing due to the amount of customers and antiquated systems. It caused my meeting up with the movers to run late and me to spend more money in the overall process.

Rachel BMake sure you check AFTER EACH use! I was charged a $25 cleaning fee after I stated on their mobile exchange site it was already dirty ! I also stated when I received the truck the check engine light was on because it had 0% oil life AND low tire pressure. This is how I know they aren't check after each use

We spent an hour and 4 buckets of water to clear the inside of the cabin and founds hands full of dog food, qtips, gum wrappers etc. The bed of the truck was not clean either and we need to sweep that before we could use it. Mover the blanket were dirty. I frankly think some credit is due as this must be well below your standard. I look forward to hear from you.

Mallory WThe equipment wasn't the issue it was the truck it couldn't make it up hills if You weren't coming down a hill. We got stuck on a hill and had to reverse the truck down the hill and stop traffic. Sometimes it didn't go over 30mph.
Adam GSeveral issues: 1- location is behind a car wash with very limited space. The trailer was against the wall with the tongue facing the opposite direction. The only way out was to back up after the trailer was connected. Luckily, my husband pulls trailer on his job and we were able to back without hitting anything. Second: When I made my reservation on the phone, I explained I was taking the trailer load to my storage unit which also rents U Haul and I would like to leave the trailer there. When we picked up the trailer and paperwork, the drop off location was different and about 25-30 miles from my unit. The lady in the office made a phone call and then told me I just needed to call 'them' when I got there. It took a few questions to find out who 'them' was and a phone number. She gave me the 800 number. Sooo, when I was ready to drop off the trailer, I called the 800 number and sat on hold for 15-20 minutes. When the gentleman came on the line, I explained I just needed to change the drop off location. He the gave me another number to call and again it was a 15-20 minute wait for some to get on the phone to also give me another number to call. A young lady finally got on the line and within 5 minutes she had changed my drop off and I was finally good to go. Needless to say, this was an extremely irritating experience from beginning to end. So, I will probable never use U-Haul again.
HUBERT HMiss Joyce was great she was friendly and so helpful. Moving can be very stressful especially moving out of state she made us feel so welcome and she put us at ease with her pleasant disposition. She is great!
Tracy TI dropped off trailer on Sunday 05/17 @ 10:45am. a day early and the "Manager" assured me I would be credited for this. However when I received the invoice it stated it was turned in on 05/18 @9:45. am. I replied to the Email and asked that I be credited for Monday and a new invoice be sent. Nothing so far, not even a response. Horrible customer service.
