I rented the van for 24 hrs. I am being charged for 5 days. I have call and only got a answering service and no reply back. So you tell me how you can improve you service. So if the van is sitting there on your property with the keys in the Return box you tell me what you can do to improve! You can start by refunding my $$$!Gentry J.

The employee at the reception desk was polite and very helpful, however when moving I did not specify a drop off location and needed to verify location drop off with the location I originally contracted with and be helped and guided to change the location so that I can have the equipment on time on the date scheduled and if any pay any additional mileage. I got ahold of them and explained what I was going through and wanted to see what the steps are and if they can help me as a customer to make these changes. A man who identified himself as the property manager was very rude and pushed me off as if he didn't have the time to provide good customer service so i asked for Breanna the rep who assisted initially and he said no that he is the property manager and I advised that I would be making sure to call customer service to let him know of his Customer service and he got upset and called me a â€œLittle Bitchâ€. I have been a customer of uhaul and have purchased hitches , rented storage and trailers to be treated in that manner was appalling. I came to the Oakwood Georgia Uhaul and they were very nice to assist me with this matter. I was rented to small storage and they came back and said they didn't have it and ended up giving me a larger one here and stated they would give me two free months and today I see I have to pay a $105.90 with insurance . I wanted to see if they can lower it since my original quote was for two smaller units and was contracted $59.95. and insurance separate It wasn't in my budget to pay more. Although, I appreciate the assistance here at this location they may want to offer to assist especially now that we are going through this crisis. I was incorrectly charged and was left to deal with the aftermath instead of the business resolving their mistake. I was also accused of stealing the uhaul because the staff at the drop off location had failed to check in the truck. After informing uhaul the truck had been returned I was billed over $300. The property manager was rude when I came into the facility at 5pm trying to see how to work the mobile app. He told me it was after 5pm and that they are closing.. Then he charged me a $25 cleaning fee which we brought the truck back clean. He lied and said we had two empty water bottles in the back of the truck and a piece of paper. Very rude!!Tonyette J.

The guy at this Uhaul had us going to another location after he claimed he did not have my reservation after he never looking it up. After traveling to another location where he told us to go, they didn't have my reservation but as soon as the lady called him, before she could get 3 words in he told her he had the reservation. We went back over there to top it off the truck wouldn't start...Now mind you I had people that I hired to help with the move that I had to pay. And by the way the pick up was 7:30am but the location doesn't open till 9am and there was no access to get the key at 7:30am..Very disappointedCamille C.

The people gave me the best service i ever had from u haul .you need to close down the people self storage on salem rd.they are never there until late afternoon,people were coming to rent something but there wa s no one there i tried for two days to get a truck because no one had the size i wanted but him he had at least 10 trucks on the lot he.call me up and told me to come back on saturday.i went there he never showed up. this address is answer the phone for 2days3613 salem rd. 6783423339 he neverDorothy G.

Truck cab was dirty. Back of the truck was full of cement and cement dust. Worst U-Haul experience ever. Either U-Haul sucks a$$ nowadays as a whole, or they don't hold their franchisees accountable. U-Haul used to be the first choice in rentals. Not anymore.Glenn L.

The truck drive was rocky maybe fine tuning on the truck on rotate tires. Drive was extra bumpy and rock. Newer trucks thank you Gina was very nice and extra accommodating.Venetta C.

The problems I experienced had nothing to do with the individual locations that I picked up from or delivered to... All of my problems were with the logistics of getting a truck, being put on hold for hours, and disappearing into the black hole that is customer service. Allpwe to discuss why I.am irate with U-Haul. I needed a truck to move my family from Milledgeville in middle Georgia one hour north to Covington considered to be in north Georgia/metro Atlanta. I made my reservation a week in advance. I received an email asking me where my preferred pick up location would be in my town. There were two locations given and I chose one. The day before my scheduled pick up, a rep called me and asked what time I would like to pick up the truck. She never disclosed a location so I assumed that it would be my desired location in my town. As soon as she hung up with me, I received an email from U-Haul stating that my pick up location was now in Macon Georgia, forty five minutes away. I did not have the time to drive 45minutes out of the way and eat up all the mileage. When I called the U-Haul number back I was connected with a very nice customer service rep that told me that more mileage had been added...come to find out, the extra mileage was not in addition to the 71 I was supposed to have. It actually equated to only about 20 extra miles. But the rep transferred me to scheduling, or so I was told. I spoke to another rep about.my situation, and also polite, but couldn't help me. I hung up to discuss all of this new info with my wife. We decided that it would be better to get a truck in our new town, Covington and drive it back to Milledgeville to load since I would be in Covington the day before anyhow. I called U-Haul again to relay my desire to change my reservation. I first spoke to a rep that said she couldn't help me because she was in north Georgia and Milledgeville and Macon were not in her region. I was out on hold for twenty minutes when another rep picked up and wasbhelpful and friendly but we accidentally got disconnected on her end. Of course I couldn't get her back on the line Another twenty minutes on hold. Three more reps later and and hour or so more, I finally spoke with a rep who said she was in middle Georgia and that Covington and conyers (where I ended up picking up the truck because there were no trucks available in any of the Covington locations) were not in her region and that she couldn't help me. At this point I became irritated and told her that I needed to be helped and the situation fixed. Finally I was scheduled to pick up at a1 in conyers. But the drop off had been scheduled for south of the square in Covington, because we have storage units there and it's just around the corner from the new house. No one I spoke to on the phone or at the a1location could confirm my drop off location. But I finally had my truck. We made several trips and exceeded mileage, which we expected but because I had originalStephen T.

Place was horrible. There was a cat running around in the place. Rubbing up against the customers. Mind you I am allergy to cats. It took the manager almost two hours to get the paper work done. She kelp blaming U Haul about the poor service. This make the second time I have rent from U Haul and both times I have had a bad experience. Never again will I rent from U Haul or Refer any one. And they did not give me my license back. I called and ask them to mail them. The guy which is her son is a nut case. I don't know who gave these people the rights to run a U haul. My first time using this location, and definitely my last, provided I ever use U-Haul again! Horrible location! Rip-off for FALSE gas charges. Nasty truck, with poor maneuverability.
