Awful pricing!! My issue is the FALSE advertisement. U-Haul is evils for saying it’s a $19 rental then you make us fill gas AND pay mileage. My $19 turned into a $140 expense after fuel and everything was done. A I’m appalled by this and was sick to my stomach when I realized how much money I threw into this. Very hard on our little military family we don’t make enough to throw money around. I only was able to move only one room, one load on our 3br 2 bath house. Can’t imagine how much U-Haul would screw me over if I’d rented the huge truck for my whole move. Utterly disappointing and $140 poorer. Thanks a lot!!! Van seemed brand new and in excellent condition. It was very fun to drive. I really enjoyed the self help system. Just need to tell people it’s self help when they book. I was late getting started because I had to call around asking how to access the building and staff and then learned I didn’t need to.
