My greatest wish is that trucks be dispatched with a FULL tank of fuel and brought back with a full tank. It is extremely difficult to measure any lesser amount using the gage.Ronald W.

This location was not prepared for fitting the trailor to my car. I came in with a hitch ball that was too big and I didn't have an adapter for a four prong to seven prong plug. I had to go find these items elsewhere and come back.Chris W.

The truck functioned fine, but it smelled like cat urine. It was very strong in the cargo part of the truck, and permeated the cab. It was very intense, and quite foul smelling.Kaci C.

The truck we reserved was not available. It was not available at the Place we reserved it. We were not informed of this and he had to scramble all over town to find a truck that was not the size that we wanted. Overall it was a horrible experience. I would not recommend U-Haul to anybody.Paul M.

The truck was dirty. The interior of the cab was dirty, the windshield was so covered in dead bugs could barely see through it and the back of the truck was unclean. When I showed up to pick it up, the back was open and there was a broom, no moving blankets,no hand truck just a bunch of dirt. I took the broom in to the attendant and told him about it and he just looked at me like he didn't understand English. Made sure to take plenty of photos of the damage to the truck that wasn't marked.Charles B.

We were told to load our heaviest items over the axles and that almost killed my vehicle going through passes, and then we had no running lights so we couldn't drive early in the morning or at night after we got pulled over for no running lights. The online reservation was very easy and saved so much time. The truck ran really well and was much cleaner then other places.Victoria T.
The truck was filthy and contained personal items from the previous customers like a vape pen. It was also a 15' truck when I had reserved a 10' truck, which was a huge issue because we couldn't fit the 15' truck in our final destination to unload the moving items. Bottom line, it was not the equipment I had reserved, cost me about $40 more on gas because of poorer mileage in the larger truck, and was too big to reach my final destination where I needed to unload my belongings.Britt H.

The reservation process could be better. The original pick up location didn't have the truck I reserved and another was 35 miles away. It was moved and then had to be moved again because the second location had no vehicle there when I arrived. It was quite inconvenient because I traveled to the location by bus.Stan B.

No service, no help with a problem I had at the other location in Newport WA where I had a confirmed reservation that was not honored. No moving blankets. When I explained all the trouble I had with Uhaul, the clerk said, â€œYa, Uhaul sucks, I'd never rent from them!Richard H.

When I reserved the truck, I was told I could pick it up in Spokane Valley. The day before, I got a call saying I had to come to the Francis location, which was clear across town from me. Not very convenient.Laurie V.

Make sure to check the fuel before you leave, there was an eighth of a tank of gas missing and the mileage was over what was on the paperwork. The back end was dirty things like Legos and hairpins were in the bed. Should have checked the back of the truck before I left the lot because the door was left open luckily I stopped at my house before getting on the freeway. By the time I made it back the engine sounded like it wanted to die.Kaleb S.

Have the fuel tank full, it had less than half of a tank. Took extra time to fill it and then I had to try and return it with the same amount of fuel it started with. Have the equipment closer to where I was. Otherwise my experience with Uhaul was fine.Kevin L.

The fuel was not even close to where the paperwork said it was when I picked it up. It's as if someone couldn't do fractions and put the line to the right of 3/4 when in fact it was to the left. It was probably only 4-5 gallons off, so I didn't complain, but that's another $13 in fuel I had to replace.Daniel H.
