Have truck cleaned and ready. I spoke with them on the phone letting them know I would be there to pick it up. This location is a dump and the staff one gentleman in particular was a grump. I would have driven 20 miles the opposite direction for better service.

No one was there for my truck to be returned and they didn't know that I needed to return it plus no one gave me my deposit back

There was no instruction for after hours trailer drop off, had to call customer service. Returned the following day to collect my deposit, and was told they do not handle deposit returns.

The mobile check-in feature does not work and the gentleman that helped me at this location was quick to get me going so I could get done what I needed to that day.

UHaul called and changed our drop off point, which was NOT convenient for us. This place was a tool rental and UHaul uses part of their yard. The location was hard to get to with a 26 ft. truck. The personnel could not make any adjustments to our bill because they aren't affiliated with UHaul all they could do is close the contract. We were NOT happy UHaul made us take a truck out of our way when I rented from the pick up point for convenience. I think it should of been UHauls responsibility to move their trucks, not the customer.

Location was awkward to get to.

This location had one employee that seemed determined to just argue. The other employees were great. Uhaul when I called them and asked if we'd be subject to extra charges, I was told by Karen there would not be any other charges. When I dropped off 10 minutes later I was charged an extra day even though I had insurance I had purchased from uhaul to guard me against issues getting across borders. Have rented from uhaul many times with no issues. Today has me rethinking ever spending money there again.

The attendants were courteous and knowledgeable AND the store location had U-Haul packing materials that we needed. I don't know what you can do to improve on that kind of service

Obscure, difficult to get to. Employee wasn't particularly nice but I was unhappy with Uhaul at the time and probably contributed to the problem. They also gave me the right length but wrong truck so I had to call Uhaul to straighten that out.

Have men who are mildly friendly!

Jason even though extremely busy was very courteous efficient and professional. I was having an extremely hard day and he accomadated me regardless. The are very lucky to have him and the guys out in the yard we're the same I didn't catch there names. Courteous and efficient and professional. Thank you.

Uhaul system was down. I had a check out of 1030am. Didn't get checked out till closer to noon. Called uhaul got hung up on by someone that obviously hates her job. Refused to help me. The hold time was 35 min just to get hung up on. Worst experience ever!

Have dried mud out of driver side floor.

When my caregiver questioned the extra charges, he called her an asshole. I got on the phone with him, and he told me he has nothing to do with uhaul billing, and it is what it is and hung up. I'm being charged 63 extra dollars because he said it was two hours late, and it was really an hour early.

We drove the truck less than 10 miles And we were charged $22 for gas. I think you shouldn't charge so much for gas.

The official U-Haul website is too complicated and cumbersome.

I reserved a 10 ft truck. Was given a 15ft instead and told it would be at a 10ft price, but I was charged more.

These guys are the best
