Brittany LaverdureHeadlights were pointer at the ground making it very hard to drive at night, there was a broken wiper blade on the passenger side. The padlock for the back door needed to lubricated to even get the key in it, there was an annoying rattle in the drivers door. and the bag od blankets attached to the right rear of the cargo caompartment was in the way of loading my cargo. This was VERY ANNOYING AND INCONVENIENT. i DECLINED EXTRA BLANKETS twice AND STILL THEY WERE INT HE TRUCK in the way of my cargo needs.

Alan SparksApp difficult to use, so we got checked in "late" and had to pay for another day. Location didn't have any staff on a Saturday. Had to park the truck on the side of the building blocking a garage door because there was nowhere else to put it. Hopefully we won't be charged a fee for that too.
Felicia AndradeLocation difficult to find…there is an access road next to the bridge that you need to take…Google maps doesn’t pick that up. I could see it from I90, I just couldn’t get to it.

William MackI had an extremely frustrating experience trying to get the 26" truck. The wrong truck was given to be over the U-Haul app. and never got that resolved over the on-line chat. Finally the owner of the dealer arrived to open up for the day. He was quite pleasant and tried to help me. On his system he said that the truck that they had prepared has already been dispatched. It was still sitting in their parking area. After we got that straightened out, I got in and drover 200 feet and saw that the "check engine" light was on. I texted "roadside assistance" which eventually said that if it started running badly they would send a technician. That did not boost my confidence and the first 100 miles of the trip were very apprehensive. This was not a good experience.

GRAYDEN ATWORTHPick up location lot is not paved so Inside of truck was dusty, driver side floor dirty from mud stuck to floor surface. Rental agent did not give any overview on the operation of vehicle. There is no point of trying to save time using the U-Haul web site when you require info to be entered @ Reservation, pick up and drop off. Staff was excellent!

RAYMOND MOORHEADWe did not have a good experience with the trailer itself. One tire was flat and bald. We didn’t notice until we were ready to leave. It delayed our trip by over an hour. Customer service and the mobile tire company were good, but we were not happy to receive poor equipment and felt lucky we discovered it before something happened on the road.
Timothy BrownThe trailer had a broken hinge and ball tires when I pick it up. I chose U-Haul because normally their stuff is not worn out and works fine. I was concerned I would make it to Seattle 400 mile drive with a trailer in that condition. Unfortunately, there were no other trailers available. Disappointing.

Andrea WoodEverything was great. Google maps should update as the road leading to the location has a name very close to the name of the road the drop off location was at and it got to be a little confusing. NOT the the fault of the UHaul drop off point. They were tremendous.
Paul GrahamThe guys at the drop off told me that the problem with logistics is because the menu Hall doesn’t open early enough to meet the needs of the West Coast franchises. Would be nice if there was somebody able to handle the morning calls and arrange for trucks to be in certain places

Vicki HornfeltI was given a truck with 15/16 of a gas tank. I drove 50 miles, so I decided to fill the truck all the way. I took it to the pump, and let it fill until the pump shut off. I then drove it half a mile back to the rental shop. Whether the gauge was off because it was slow, or the truck wasn't level, the gauge didn't work and so I was charged for it. Wasn't pleased that I was charged more, even though I tried to go above and beyond as a renter.

Tammi AhrensFirst I was switched to a larger truck because of a scheduling error from U-Haul. When the rep reached out to me because of the error I agreed to take a larger truck than the 15 foot truck I reserved. I believe the agents at the location misread the fuel gage. My total of 20 miles on flat ground, no hills/mountains/hwy in a 20 foot truck took 5 gallons of gas according to the U-Haul check-in/return reps, which equates to 4 mpg. All I had in my load was some carpet I ripped out of my basement which weighed 300 lbs at the most. This resulted in a $17.32 (3 gallons) additional fuel charge from U-haul after I already put 2 gallons in for my 20 mile trip. You can improve your service by being more accurate at reading your fuel gages upon pickup and check-in. I have used U-Haul many times in the past but this expirence was absolutely ridiculous from the reservation to check-in/return......cradle to grave. I sincerly hope for a better expirence if I choose to use U-Haul again in the future.
