This was where I originally wanted to pick up both my rentals for the day, was redirected then had to change my plans and was able to use this most familiar and convenient locationWendy K.
The location is awkward to get to. The staff processing the paperwork were efficient. The interior of the truck was clean but the outside had a lot of damage. This however did not effect the overall operation of the vehicle.shirley L.

Great service! Friendly and helpful too! I traveled across the country alone from Idaho to NYC to move my son back to college after COVID forced him home last year. I was driving my truck and pulling a 5 x 9 U-Haul cargo trailer with his and roommates belongings. My truck blew a head gasket in Linden and I was stranded, ugh! You saved the day and helped to lift my spirits! You got me a truck to get me into the city AND allowed me to return the cargo trailer to your location!! One phone callâ€¦ and one hour later, I was on the road! Seriously, it meant so much to me!!!! Tears and worry were replaced with confidence and hope, lol, in short order!!! A+++++++!!!!!Jonaca W.

The manager/owner was very rude. Also recieved a phone call from uhaul while I was there and his employee told him do, he said they can wait I don't work fir them and don't answer to them and then said, do you see uhaul written on my shirt. He was a real jerk, and I let him know it when I returned it later that day.pam B.
The equipment which was recommended by U-Haul web site was incorrect. I struggled with it for the whole 18.5 hours of my move. When I reached out for assistance from U-Haul, I was surprised at the lack of support. This is a safety issue. The independent shops are aware of this. The U-Haul shops... not so much. Check your phone records concerning my rental! And the call I received at 320 PM PST was ridiculous. That person seemed more concerned with my cancelled upgrade than any safety issue. I have much more to say on that. Feel free to call. The Greensferry location worked well.Enrique M.

When I walked in and requested a trailer I was told it would cost about $15 per day plus insurance. When I received my emailed receipt it said $24.95 per day. When I called the rental company I spoke with the guy I had seen in person when picking up the trailer. I told him that the price did not match what was discussed in person. He denied ever saying that price and said that the only price he gave me was the one on the receipt. If I hadn't been lied to from the start I would have been okay with the price but his mistake cost me an additional $20. I will be looking elsewhere next time I am in need of a trailer.romulus C.

I rent many Uhauls from different locations. I will often will go out my way to rent trucks from this location. Very rarely is there any issues and Jason is always on point and very helpful. This isn't a knock on a.z. rentals. U-Haul sucks at trying to set up a rental. Originally I wanted to pickup the trailer in Hayden where I live, filled out the form online and thought I was good to go. 4 days before I was to pick up the trailer I call just to make sure. The guy on the phone said the one trailer I wanted was going to be gone for a week and I should call the CDA store. I call and there's a 20 minute wait time, so I jump in my truck and drive down there, 4 people ahead of me, one guy working the front desk, but I finally make a solid connection. The day before pick up, I get a call from U-Haul and this girl stated I have to drive out to post Falls to pick up the trailer. Smdh What a F-ed up and convoluted nightmare. U-Haul, you need to put your heads outa your asses, what a shitty experience. PS, my move went smoothly with no issues.Rob V.

The truck smelled like cigarette smoke. Giving us a little leeway on the gas since we had to drive an extra 60 miles to pick it up since the location changed on us. But the gentlemen who helped us were amazing and helpful.Steve H.

This was a terrible experience. Customer service IS NOT in the attitude of this older gentlemen. When we pulled up, there was no greeting, no words were spoken, even when I said hello this older man totally ignored me. He grabbed the keys, jumped up into the truck, got out and said he would meet us inside We had no idea where the front door to this place was, it looked like a dump, I asked where the front door was and he said "follow me", he was a very rude man. Inside they said we would have to pay $11.00 for being shy of where the gas gauge should of been. The gentleman in South Beach, OR said we would be charged $10.00 a gallon if we fell short. So these people at A to Z Rental, (Post Falls, ID) wanted to charge us $11.00, when the gas gauge was where it should be. My husband proceeded to tell the man that the gas gauge was exactly where it should of been, we both feel this rude man did not know how to read fractions and he proceeded to argue. My husband left with the truck to completely fill it up, as we didn't want to continue arguing with this man, we were NOT going to pay $11.00, when the gas gauge was where it was when we rented it. When my husband returned, he told the man, "now you owe me", the man said, "I don't owe you shit, that's between you and U-Haul." Instead of arguing further, my husband left to get into our car and this man slammed the truck door so hard I think he would of broken the window if it hadn't been rolled down. We will NEVER use this facility again and will make sure we pass this on to our friends and family. I have never been treated like this in my entire life, this man was unprofessional and rude. If this would have been our first interaction with U-Haul, I can guarantee you, we would never use your company again. I truly hope this is not the kind of actions the U-Haul company endorses.Teresa H.
