A TDrop off was quick and easy.
Dennis SUhaul charged me $20.35 because I was 1/16 of a gallon of gas shy of the return amount of 11/16. You read that correctly…1/16th. That is absolutely ridiculous. With a huge fuel tank how exactly am I supposed to know where 11/16ths lands on the fuel gauge? Get a better policy and more fair policy for return fuel amount…like “must return truck full”.

Mathew SYour app doesn't work, your customer service representative could not sign me out dropping off the trailer, he sent me to a recording. I had to call back to get another person who could sign me out. I waisted over an hour not getting the app to work. It just spins the wheel searching for my location. You do not have a button to push that I can select the U-Haul store that I was at to take the picture and leave. Your customer service representative did not know how to close my account out. I had to waste my time trying again to get help. Your app is not user friendly. You need to fix it.

Joyce SI stayed with our tow vehicle while my wife went into the office to sign the ONLINE paperwork and finalize the trailer rental. Within minutes (total time in & out was 17 min.) we were out the gate on our way to move our storage locker stuff. The office treated her with excellence: cordial, prompt, efficient service. THANKS ONCE AGAIN U HAUL. Little wonder we keep coming back to you for our equipment rental needs!! Peter & Cheryl Ingraham
PETER ISeal needs to be replaced on the passenger door. Very loud wind noise on the highway even though we were driving, sometimes in snowy conditions, we had to have the window partially open just to cut the high screeching noise.
Sid RYou never know what people have going on in their lives, but the guy working the counter was not in a good place when I came in. Fortunately I was out of there quick, wish them the best but their customer service sucks.

John BI have used various Uhauls over the years. Little big trucks and trailers just about everything in between. This was one of the best experiences both pick up and drop off. The equipment was clean and solid, people were friendly and helpful and cost was very reasonable. Good job everyone! Ray C.

Crystal MUhaul didn't have the trailer there. Vehicle wasn't cleaned and they wanted $2800 for the next level before offering to compensate me. Never received a 48 hr notice prior stating that they didn't have the trailer there
RANDY CA very easy return, staff helpful and fast. The place is overwhelmed with U-Haul equipment since inbound moves obviously outnumber outbound moves, but I heard no complaints.
donald lThe trailer turn signals on the car hauler didn't work when I got it to my loading spot and when I found out it was a Sunday with no help within 70 miles of Sandpoint Idaho. I had to replace the fuse for the turn signals in the fuse box on the truck. The fuses cost me $18 and the drop off attendant wouldn't give me a credit, but did charge me for empty boxes. Other than the boxes, we thoroughly cleaned the truck box and the cab.

Chance MI reserved a 15' truck and got onsite they told me they didn't have a 15' truck. Apparently my pick up was changed to another location and I was never notified. I had to rent a larger truck and the people on site had no idea where the other location was. They did fine onsite but the lack of notice of change was inconvenient . They told me this has become common.
