Check the brake lights and turn signal lights to make sure they are solidly sealed within their bracket/hole in the back. Didn't notice mine were basically falling out until I got where I was going!!!!!!

The kid helping me was playing music on his phone and was less than friendly to us when we rented the trailer that I had already reserved on the phone from U-Haul. He acted like we were annoying him and he had better things to do. Then we noticed he had a friend waiting for him do thats probably why he acted that way.

Not loose reservations... and from what I gather I wasn’t the only person who lost their reservation at the 3rd location I had to go to that day.

I had a question about my bill and requested a call. Instead of getting a call, I recieved a new bill via email and the amount went up again. A $30 rental is now almost $100. If that's somehow really how it works, that's fine. But I asked for an explaination and no reply has even been attempted. Not to mention, when I went to return the van, my presence wasn't even acknowledged by the person working because she was too engrossed in her frivolous conversation to be bothered to even say hello. My first experience renting uhaul has been horrible and will not be using uhaul or a to z rentals again.

Despite spending 20 minutes on the phone with Uhaul, this place did not appear in the least ready for me to come lease the equipment. The process was insanely slow. The computer was slow. The guy needed the license plate number of the car we were hauling. That was a first in our Uhaul experiences. The only thing saving this guy from zero stars is the fact that he offered to get the truck and auto hauler hooked up while I went to rent a come along from a different location. Because I paid over the phone with a credit card, I would have appreciated that the equipment was ready to go as I was asked to hurry to get there before closing. Hurry up and wait. I cannot recommend this place.

It was the worst Uhaul experience I ever had and I I’ve moved all over the country. The Dollie I reserved was not there, the clerk didn’t say hi or even acknowledge me when I came in, he never smiled. He didn’t give me any information I asked for, and when I returned it they charged me $82 even though I only used 17 of the estimated 25 miles. When I called to get a reason for the charge of the return at noon, he told me he would call me back and never did. I personally will go on every rating site to describe in detail how bad the experience was. If customer service is your business try to hire someone who at least tries to care- I hope they go out of business or lose their uhaul license so no one else has to deal with them. This is not over I can’t remember the last time I was this mad- go ahead laugh bc you gouged someone for unnecessary expenses and don’t have the equipment they requested- this is just the beginning of this crusade!

I thought I was picking up a rental from an actual U-Haul dealer. This was a third party contractor. When I asked for a dropoff location in Greeley, CO, I assumed that they would direct me to the closest U-Haul Dealer near my final destination. I was literally directed miles away to another U-Haul "Contractor" when there were U-Haul locations within less than a mile from my location in Greeley.

I have to give a serious shout out to the Uhaul 1-800 number and Bauer Built in Sioux City, Iowa. I had a flat and they had me back on the road in less than an hour from the time I called the help number. Truly incredible and helpful in the middle of a 2,400 mile trip.

Three out of three phone calls no one answered the phone or returned my call. I called and let them know I was coming but woud be ten minutes late and to call. No call, so I didn't load up the last item and hurried to make it on time. Was two minutes late and they'd already locked even the outside gates. The manager is very pleasant and the mechanic is very helpful. Their biggest need is to be accessible. They are losing a lot of business by not carrying a phone on their person, answering it when people call in and returning people's calls..

The attendant helped me back up the trailer and hook it up. He made the connections and then took a photo of the connection to prove he did it right. When I went to load my vehicle on the trailer, I discovered the attendant had not plugged in the lights/electrical connection. He should see the missing electrical connection in his photo.

The truck needs a front end alignment, I had to lean forward to see my speed due to the steering wheel is aligned. Lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice.

The fuel level was not as in the paperwork. I put fuel in the vehicle, and brought it to the same fuel level as when I rented it, but still got charged. Check your paperwork very closely. You can't trust UHaul to have it right.
