MONIQUE K.They knew they didn't have a drop off box for after hours key/truck returns. They didn't tell me that, nor did they tell me what to do with the key. I spent 45 minutes on hold just to get that info after my rental was done, then had to take the key home for safekeeping and return it in the morning the next day!
