The furniture dolly rental that I had ordered and paid for was not provided. I need a refund for that portion of our rental.

Daphne JI was told if I turned the truck in a day or two early ( at destination) that I would receive credit back against I Irish rate charged. I leased truck on Friday ant 1:25pm annd had required return deadline of Tuesday ant 1:25. I returned truck on Sunday aaround 5:30pm. Upon return , I was told that one way rentals are flat fees and no credits could be given. I was r highly disappointed in the misinformation

Stephen HI had been given the run around by uhaul and sent all over town. I was mad but the girl in the office turned the whole experience around for me. Go see Emily if you need a truck. Don't go to Skyland
shandra zThe air conditioner only blew toward the floor (minor problem) and the driver side mirror was damaged (retainer cup was cracked). Mirror had to be held in place in order to see left side.

EUDORO VNot a good experience. Mobile app didn't work well. No one answered phone numbers , emails not returned….it was so frustrating. Took an hour and half to get the truck. Set us behind schedule. If U-Haul is going people less , then have someone available when the app doesn't take the photos and info properly.
tim wThe truck I rented was low mileage, however the cab area was dirty when i rented it. I included a photo at time of rental.
John RTruck was clean and dolly was 8n great condition with the exception of a leaky tire. It appears that it was repaired but the plug was put in incorrectly and resulted in a slow leak. That resulted in us having to spend an hour until we could get it changed. I will say that u-haul service was really good and there was no problem getting through to them and for them to get us help.

Mark JHave the company to have a complete walk around of the vehicle with the customer. This vehicle was parked so you couldn't do a walk around and had a small crack on the windshield before i departed. I took a picture of before i left but was charged for it after I returned.
BILLY Puhaul systems were down when we needed our truck but the sweet girl at the counter made the best of the situation for us and was able to get us on our way

Robert KI didn't see anyone and just dropped off the keys. However I was charged a cleaning fee of $25.00 and I have no idea why. If they think it was because of the smoke that was the person before me. I had a headache for two days from it.

CHRISTAL CThe lady at the location was extremely rude and unhelpful at first even when I asked for help. It took multiple times and someone else in my party asking for help for her to finally help. The equipment was not well maintained it definitely needed to be looked at. I personally think it needed power steering fluid or something but it was harder to driver than the bigger Uhaul I got a few years ago. There was trash under the seats of the truck that I didn't notice until I had dropped my phone and went to retrieve when we stopped.
Madison SI rented a 20' U-Haul truck on Saturday. I did rent online and I added Appliance Dolly and 36 furniture pads, I paid $187.88. However, when I picked up the truck, there was no equipment. I called customer service, and they said they would refund the money. I didn't have any refund. Then I rented an appliance dolly and furniture pads from two different U-Haul stores, wasting a lot of time, and I paid with my debit card, expecting to get a refund. When I returned the 20' U-Haul truck, I received another receipt and paid from the credit card $118.55 for only the truck. That means I paid double for the truck and equipment. I am not happy with the experience at all.
