Truck had potato chips on floor. I asked for a dolly but none was in the truck when I arrived and they couldn't get me one. Sketchy location.

TODD G.The representative was anxious to leave for the day and she assigned me a trailer that was not on the lot. I caught her as she was leaving so she assigned me a second trailer. As soon as she assigned it, she departed leaving me alone on the lot to hook it up and inspect. The second trailer's leaf spring was broken so I could not use it! Terrible experience!

Kathryn E.I was sent to a closed business out of my way. Them sent to 2 more U-Haul's for a truck and dollies. Then the location I received the truck had no dollies. I needed them for my washer and dryer I lost due to y'all had no dollies that I reserved a month out. Horrible horrible business. Now they want me to pay $108 more dollars and y'all caused me to loose my belongings.

DENISE P.I was charged for mileage that I didn't use. I brought the truck back and took a picture of the the mileage and gas. Next day I was charged for it. I proved it by taking a picture when I brought it back. Secondly, I was charged 11.98 that was on hold and did not get back.

And then the Uhaul was not available when o got there which is not her fault but i was contacted by the uhaul company and they changed my venue due to availability yet my truck was not available. I would have NEVER picked this location on my own so i would have liked for things to be in order since it was changed by the company and not me.

Alyssa R.I rented a 26 foot U-Haul trailer to transport my goods for a move locally with the expectation that everything will be completed in a day albeit multiple times. What I didn't anticipate was the miserable conditions under which I would make the move. First off, there was no working air conditioning so it was miserable hot and sweaty . The brake were in poor condition I could barely travel over 40 miles, the headlights were so dim making the travel at night very treacherous given the diminished visibility it was a horrible experience for me a day journey turns to two because of the condition of the truck Beware what you rent

Johnny H.The truck was filthy when picked up and I got charged for it when I turned it in!!!! We didn't do that to the truck. A storage inn didn't clean it out! I bet they never looked in it! Cab had lots of trash in it.

The truck operated properly and looked to be in fairly good shape however the truck was not clean and the cab was full of trash and crumbs in the seats. Doubtful it was sanitized during the pandemic since it was not even cleaned out.
