Jon MThis location has been my best Uhaul experience. We have previously run into issues at other Uhaul locations, but the staff and vehicle that we rented from this location were fantastic! I can't think of anything I would recommend to improve, as everything was handled efficiently and professionally.
Colleen CI have some concern that I was encouraged to leave the vehicle until Monday morning for staff to check-in. I chose to check-in via phone, as the app didn't work. Later found that I received a messaged link for return. Had I just left the vehicle without calling, I would gave been charged a $20 service fee. My concern is that the potential fee was not mentioned at the time that " just leaving for check-in " was mentioned.

John TThe brakes grabbed every time you tried to stop, and it would pull to the left when you stepped on the brake. I had a hard time closing the back door, especially when it got close to the hasp locking. Also the lock was missing from the chain on the back, even though the key for it was still on the ring with the ignition key.

Mackeyber SI specifically requested in person pick up. We arrived to a note on the office door that they were not there and to use an app. to receive the keys. After jumping through many hoops and filling out numerous pages of paperwork including having to call an agent to continue on to get the access code. I can navigate my phone very well, but I can’t imagine the frustration of someone who cannot.

Susan BThe invoice I received after completing the reservation online was altered after picking up the trailer. There was an additional charge to the trailer for insurance coverage which I specifically declined online and that charge re-appeared when I picked up the trailer. Since I was on a timeline I didn't dispute the charge when picking up the trailer. Storage Depot staff were polite and professional during the rental process and I will use their services again. The trailer was well maintained too.
