Thomas ZYou should allow a customer to reserve a truck at a specific location and not change the reservation to some other city that is far away at the last minute. This happened on pickup and drop off so we had to make frantic calls to find closer locations. Final locations were excellent but why did customer have to make calls on moving day? Very stressful.

FITZ LThe truck could have been wiped down a little better. There was some hair a little debris that we wiped down but it was not horrible. The only other issue was I was quote a price of around 75 dollars and it ended up bing $176. I was not there to pick it up, but my daughter said someone there explained that it was a wrong quote.
lee pI honestly think charging .99 a mile is a crazy high price. We're expected return to the vehicle with a full tank of gas. There's been times that I've rented a truck and the was not full. I was still expected to return it with a full tank of gas or recharged another ridiculous fee. Also, I picked up the rental a little bit before 5 p.m. I got a text message from U-Haul later (after office hours) saying that the vehicle needed to be returned by 3:45 a.m. . What happened to 24 hour rentals?

HAZEL SOverall I had a good experience with U-Haul, located at 730 Hedgelawn Way., Middletown, Delaware. There were a variety of different size trucks available. Truck was clean and well maintained. A dolly and moving blankets were provided at an extra charge. Location was easy to find and easily accessible. A dropbox was also provided for after hours return. The only slight inconvenience I encountered was trying to contact the store when it first opened. Didn't appear anyone was there. However an associate did call me back and was very cooperative. I would definately rent again from this location.

Daniel FI didn’t get the dolly or hand truck that I requested and paid for. I did the 24 hour check in with my phone which I will never do again. Had to verify my identity and the app wouldn’t accept my pictures. Had to keep retaking pictures.

barry fAfter I have put half load in storage and saw at the top, it’s open and I saw the rest are the same! Theft can go thru like that! It’s getting me worried! I have rented few storages and never see like that! This is my first time saw that! So I’d recommend to fix that, even between unit to unit! Help the customer have worry free! :) Thank you!
