Cathleen HEmployees are great. There was a problem with U Paul's system that did not allow insurance to be added. I had done everything on line, but the reservation had to be re-done. Again employees were professional and friendly.

Micheal HI was blocked from renting this truck by uhaul. When you reserve a truck, all blocks should show up. This way it could be handled be getting to the pickup times.
