This location was conveniently located near my home and close to the Home Depot. It was a better and cheaper alternative choice better than renting a Home Depot truck for my large items shopping list !

Zachary MPlease make it easier to change reservations via *website*, not app.. to do self-check-in/pick-up in lieu of during shop hours. Very helpful staff at the uhaul were quick to sort out the issue (the manager/owner wasn't yet at the shop and hadn't left his house yet, at the time of my arrival/pick-up, so i couldn't take my rental off the property.. but had i chosen self-pickup or whatever the option is called, i could've circumvented the delay.

juan cVan was dirty, very hard to find (not a regular uhaul pick up location couldn't find the truck when I did find it the key was not in the lock box there was a note saying the mechanic around the corner had the key. Lucky the mechanic was there! I was horrified by this experience!!! Never send me there again!!! You're lucky you're the only game around here. If that ever happens again I will never use you or recommend you to anyone!!! My word..

Steve NThe only guy who knew how to navigate the Uhaul system left just before my pickup time. One of the mechanics had to figure it out. Then they didn't have my utility cart. I had to go rent one from another Uhaul.
Ryan JI made a reservation at the U-Haul in Sherman Oaks on Hazeltine. When I arrived at the agreed-upon time they did not have what I reserved. In fact, their operation was a construction zone and this location should have been taken offline. The computers did not work and the staff there were clueless. Probably the stupidest humans I've ever dealt with. I called another location and got a customer service person, not in California, who sent me to a location completely out of the direction I needed to go. This whole side track took an extra two hours of my time and instead of $20 for a trailer, I had to rent a truck at a cost of $70 after the fee, mileage, gas, and insurance. I plan to call the 800 number and complain before I do a Yelp review with the above rant. The Saticoy location was fine just way out of my way.

Vasiliy SEasy to work with, no issues getting the vehicle. Easy drop off. The most difficult part was the self pickup through the Uhaul website.
John HWe had no idea where to leave the van. When we picked it up, it was on the street. When it was time to return we noticed the same street had signs that said 11pm-5am tow away, on both sides. The app said to leave it in a lot but didn't specify where the lot was. The U-Haul location is run out of an auto shop, which had all its parking blocked off after hours. The nearest lot looked like it was for a neighboring business and the majority of the spaces said no U-Haul parking. We called the U-Haul hotline and no one knew how to help us since they were going to be closed all weekend. There needs to be information provided at pick up and there needs to be information written on the key drop off box
E'lon WThe entire experience including your website (couldn't find me or my order) phone service (Less than 5 minute wait became 20 with No Answer - I hung up.) Had no I idea the great Uhaul Co., completely sucks now! - At Every Level of Experience!
David cThe manager office reeked of cigars. He couldn't find the van key for 10 minutes. Finally found it and acted like it was our fault he was inconvenienced. I did an after hours drop-off as he instructed, then got a call TWO DAYS later asking if the rental was returned because it still hadn't been processed.

chanele jOwner refused to wear covid mask indoors, and I felt uncomfortable walking in to sign documents.
KIAN GWe received the uhaul around 5:30 (close at 6) and drove it to pick up our items and the pad lock was locked. There was no key for the pad lock and thus no way of opening the back of the uhaul. I spent an hour on the phone getting transferred from one person to another and I was finally advised by customer service to go to harbor freight and buy lock cutters so that I can cut the pad lock off. They told me they would reimburse me. At this point it was close to 7 and the last thing I was going to do was do another trip in the uhaul. They said a manager would reach out to me today for a refund and still no call.

rickie jOnly rented the truck for 8 hours and got charged for two days because I initially "rushed" my U-Haul reservation and forgot to change the rental usage from 4 hours to 24 hours which I usually do One of this location said he will change it but still hasn't. It's been 4-5 days now. Please fix my final receipt. The app also keeps telling me to pick up and drop off my U-Haul truck when I already closed it outThanks

Seth BEnsure that representatives at site are professional and efficient. I have to contact customer services to resolve all issues due to lack of responsiveness from A Plus Auto. Plus I am without the left bed frame piece that I called and notified was still in the truck. But they re-rented the truck. So now it's a 50/50 chance I may have to purchase another bed as that piece cannot simply be replaced. This has been my worst experience with Uhaul. Oh and I was charged a $25 cleaning fee for not bringing the truck back at the time I stated due to traffic. They noted in the system the charge was due to inconveniencing the next renter.

maria vHorrible across the board!!! Especially an individual by the name of LADONNA THOMAS. She should not be representing UHUAL or any customer service position. Instead of helping she laughed in the ear and promised a call back. She was having another conversation with herself I guess or who knows! Never listened to me and never offered to help. Ask me if I got a call back from her after I requested it? NOT!!! I then have spoken to at least 5 other people departments. Not till the end end, when I dealt with Regional office Ms. Estrada, she took care of me!!!!! All is could have been avoided with communication and assistance going above and beyond from the start. I will never use UHUAL again :(

Pearl MI had to go back to the gas station and add less than a half a gallon to bring it up to a level that was acceptable to the owner. The fuel gage was just a hair under a quarter tank and I returned it over full in order to avoid over 36.00 in fuel refilling fees and one gallon of gas. Owner was beyond rude upon return. Other u haul locations have treated me much better in the past. This owner mechanic may be good at repairing cars, but lacks customer service people skills.
Daniel SThe location is good just the drop off process was the worst. I came in to the location at 8am (store hours was located at the door) and no one was there. So I called customer care just to figure out what I should do next they said the location does not open till 830am, no big deal waited, then still no one there. Called customer care again and they said to just drop the keys at the drop box, cool. So I dropped the keys off and went on my day. Few days later I receive a bill to pay an extra day fee, a damage or missing utility fee. Ridiculous! but hey if they were there on time maybe we wouldn't have this issue. They didn't even call to confirm anything from the bill they just sent me a bill and turned there heads. Why contract this location as a designated drop off sight, if No one ever shows up! Drop off box is dope but having to deal with a random bill is a huge a disappointment.
Stephen MIt's just a little hard to locate where the actual office is, maybe a little better signage inside directing customer to where they need to go. They were very friendly, the young woman who helped us was very very nice

wendy cI think charging so much for a gallon of gas (assessed if no gas is purchased during rental period) is unwarranted--particularly since the vehicle is not rented with a full tank. I can appreciate a surcharge, put charging almost twice the going rate for a gallon of gas seemed. . .greedy.
Timothy DThis location shares space with multiple businesses so access is limited and parking is impossible. The owner never walked me through the odometer setting or the condition of the vehicle plus I asked for the blanket package which never was put in the vehicle. All in all, a really poor experience. I would never use this location again.

Terrance HMy reservation was screwed up cost me a day and 180 $$$ . The auto haul trailers lights did NOT work !!! I got pulled over on highway 5 north . He let me off with a warning , felt bad for me . Uhaul also sent me to the wrong return location which cost me more money and more time . Poor poor poor experience !!!!
