Steven PI was very pleased with the customer service extended to me. It was a last-minute change that led to needing a moving truck. I arrived 5 mins before closing and I was not rushed. All my questions were answered. The gentleman was courteous and friendly. I will need rentals in the near future and this will be my go to location. Joseph TThis was in a paved parking lot with plenty of space to maneuver. Easy drop off. The office needs a larger sign. They are only open a few hours a day. I left a message the next day and received a call back confirming the trailer was there. They asked if there were any problems with the trailer and I told them there was one clearance light not working. They also sent an email confirming the trailer was in their lot. Much better conditions to drop off than to pick up.
John LMick was very friendly and helpful! The only thing I could add to improve the location, is the addition of pick up trucks. The mini mover worked fine and is great to have in case of rain. But sometimes you just need a pick up truck!

Steven LMy drop off weather was a monsoon during the tropical storm, but Greg was outstanding. I was in and out in a few minutes and he even came out with his hood on to assist me backing in a space. It is only because of the service that he provided that my friends and I continue to use U-Haul. He is an outstanding employee, and you should be happy to have him on your team. Thanks, Ray
