Getting the uhaul checked back in at the lexington location was a hassle, to the point the regional uhaul center contacted me making sure I did not still have the unit. This is ridiculous in my opinion!!!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied with that location. Other than that no complaints.
Kristina JThis site is not 24hr drop off as advertised. Called the bondsman and she said the lady that receives uhaul was on vacation for a week. I took pictures to prove I left the unit and texted the bondsman. To date 3 weeks later I have not received my 60 dollar deposit or notified my contract was closed. I absolutely recommend using another location.
Jason DDropped off after hours on a Sunday and I am still waiting for a finalized receipt from the drop off location. Very frustrating, have contacted them twice and still no finalized receipt.

Donald SWe were scheduled for pick up on Dec 26th. The store was however closed due to the holidays. We did pick up on Dec 27th . Our reservation was canceled because we did not pick it up on the day scheduled.... What??? We were fortunate that there was one available. That is a good thing. We were able to adjust our travel days but at times I can see that would not be possible
bob bNo one was there during business hours. I was told when I called in the trailer would be checked in the following day, Monday. It was not. I received a call from U-haul asking where the trailer was on the following Friday. Complete BS.
Juston TI was charged for going over a day when my contact was for two, then I received a bill for going over 30 miles when you get up to 225, then I was charged for not returning the truck full. Thank goodness I took a pic of the gas gauge before leaving, under 3/4 of a tank. Overall, I was charged $193 then another payment came out for $294 for the bogus charges. The rep asked me to send my pics (it’s bad when that’s what a customer has to do).

Allen VEveryone at this location went above the necessary steps to provide us with transportation to their location since our car was broken down and we needed get there so we could tow it back home. THANK YOU SO MUCH
Paul FThe building needs a sign. There was a sign by the road, but we weren't certain if it was just a storage location for the equipment. Dropping off couldn't have been simpler. Handed her the keys and said thank you!

Kimberly AMy pick up location did not have a uhaul rep there for my scheduled reservation time. I had to wait an hour for someone to show up, and it wasn't even the business owner...IT WAS HER (very confused)MOTHER!!! I had dispatched the van on my mobile phone and only needed the key (which was supposed to be in a lock box, but wasn't). It took 30 minutes for the lady to give me the key that I had to find on a random desk inside the business myself. If it were not for the excellent customer service reps and manager that I called on the 800 number I would've never been given the keys. The customer service reps get 5 stars for sure! The rest was easy. I dropped it off by mobile return and left the keys in a drop box. I really liked the 24/7 return aspect. The entire rental experience was not terrible but it started off very very stressful.

Brandon EPick up time was 10, had to wait for someone to arrive. Didn’t have two wheel dolly or furniture dolly I requested when I reserved. Returned fuel at level marked on contract at rental time (between 1/4 and 3/8). Return contract was marked short (at 1/4...refueled <1 mile away) so had a fuel charge. Was flexible about renting an additional day though.

Ricky GThe lady that was at the office, didn t have a clue what she was doing, but she was trying. The people that runs the place was to busy running there bonding company and the girl that does the U-Haul was to lazy to get out off bed, (or that what I over heard from some other people in the office). It took me 1hr. 30min. to get the trailer, that's to long for someone to wait, I had already called another place to try to rent one,when they got everything worked out. I wouldn t recommend this place to nobody.

Rhonda C1. My reservation was for 8:00. At the last minute, the location was changed from Church St to Broad St. when I arrived to pick up my truck, no one was at that location. When I called the number, she told that they did not open til 8:30 but she called and let the person that was opening that I was there. She arrived around 845. This put me an hour behind. I had people lined up at both destinations to help load and unload
