GARY PI thought the location was closed. There was a huge chain on the door and the plaza had overgrown bushes and no other businesses.

SHENIECE TMy original email told me to go to one location and my text sent me to another location, so we ended up at the wrong place and had to go to the other place. The original place said we could buy a hitch system for $30, and then the place we ended up having to go to tried to charge us $40. The place that we were sent to was also in a very bad part of town that I would not have chosen to go to to pick up the uhaul, so if a customer selects a location, the company should find a way to get the requested uhaul to that location. It should not be the customer having to drive all over for the sake of the company. Also, the guy at the first place was very unhelpful and rude, and this seems to be the overall trend with uhaul. I consistently have bad interactions with the employees either being rude or not knowing what they are doing, which makes the moving process that much more stressful. Overall, I am very disappointed with both of my experiences using uhaul for my big moves and hope to find other services for my next move.

David SDrop off was changed from original drop off. Original drop off was terrible. Late at night, trying to drop off a 26' truck with no chance to get in the front area off the city street. Terrible. U-Haul call center helped out in the sense able to move us to 2nd location without charge. That is appreciated. The second location was open and we were able to get truck in and parked. And put keys in drop off. The second drop off was very late-around midnight.
Vikram KTHIS LOCATION WAS A LITTLE ROUGH. IT WAS A CONVENIENCE STORE, so you had to wait in line for others to check out or even get their phones fixed. The person was very nice just felt a little edgy. Small and crunch store. but i got my UHAUL with no problem.

Brittany MI took a $29.95 a day trailer started Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening at the same location I was charged $138.00 after being told my price was $118 00 when I paid for it the Thursday before don't know who is doing the math but something is wrong somewhere I did not argue I needed the trailer and it got the job done will think better next time

CRYSTAL cForced me to rent the biggest truck when I needed a smaller truck for a few hours. Charged me a gas fee when I returned it with the same amount of gas that was in it when I rented it. Seems like they were trying to get money and not assisting the customer. Won't rent from here again.

Rizwan QThe truck I purchased wasn't there. Had to take what they had because I had paid for movers to be at the loading area. The owner of the store was also about 15 minutes late. Received a smaller truck which forced the loaded to literally cram my stuff into the truck causing damaged to some of my furniture and other items. To top it off because I was late to the destination I was charged another hour for them to unload my stuff. Never again. Wish I could get all my money back.

Michelle VI had to use 2 separate debit cards on September 15 to pay for my U-Haul rental. Today, September 17, I was charged a second time.
Varvara VI was more than satisfied. When I was led to various U-Haul branches during reservation process the in store representatives and online chat assistants were very helpful. I was able to get a truck immediately buy adjusting my reservation requirements to what was available thanks for making it painless and easy.

BOSTON HDidn’t explain much about the process, was nice but very vague and left me feeling confused about the process.
Lisa NThe shop is in an area of Greensboro that made me feel not the safest leaving my personal vehicle. The man at the counter was super nice. The vehicle had more scratches and dents then where pictured at pick up but I was not able to take additional pictures to update it and I no sooner pulled out and the oil light came on. I turned around and told the guy at the counter and we put oil in it. The transaction itself was super easy and quick.

Konrad ADealers need more knowledge of rentals instead of saying call uhaul and to walk people to the rentals to check vehicle. Too may people Webster their establishment without wearing marks.
TANISHA KPerson was trying to say I did the unmarked damages and my driver didn’t even have to go through any bushes or anything that would have caused damaged way on top of the uhaul when I moved to a whole different city so the hell With this place
SHAWNTIKA WVery friendly very personable you don't have a long lines like you do with the regular stores they definitely take care of their customers. I would hope this location remains the closest location for me to choose to rent from
