Couldn't get the trailer checked in for 2 days. I had to revisit the location on the 2nd day and only then did they check in the trailer.

There was no "check out," just drop the key off and good bye. This made me wonder if I might experience a discrepancy in mileage or return condition but there was absolutely no issue once final charge came in and mileage and condition were correct as I had a slight overage. Overall, whole experience was very good, will definitely recommend and use again.

I felt cheated the second time around. 50+ miles were added to my trip and it took about 3 wks to show up on my Visa as a new charge. Take pictures! Document your trips!

Heavy cigarette smell when you walk in. Made it difficult to breath if you are in there for any extended period of time. Clothes smelled like smoke and I was only in there for 5min.

Have more customer service people on the 1-800 line. I only am allowed 500 minutes of cell phone time per month and using 10 plus minutes to fix a two minute issue (time extension request) is a slight bit on the rather irritating side. Once the customer service ladies got on the phone they were absolutely 5+ star ratable! I can not remember the names of the ladies I spoke with, but both of them were absolutely wonderful on the phone.
