There wasn't a live person to assist with any concerns we had, or the difficulty of using the self checkout process. I didn't use the vehicle, but my credit card was charged. I missed my appointment window with the movers, and my time was wasted. What could be done differently? Keep your computer programs running properly. Ensure that each location terminal is running efficiently and without glitches. When you have good people running locations that have to apologise for the system slow down it gets very stressful.People using your services are usually in a time crunch. So the faster and more reliable the service usually means more referrals.Roger B.

I rented an appliance dolly, but the truck that I rented did not have a ramp, and the main purpose for my renting the truck was to move appliances! It was a disaster, to say the least. In addition to this, the location was terrible! It was a car repair shop, riddled with cars and no place to park, no direction as to the entrance, with people hanging out in the lot having private conversations, and asking no questions as to why I was there. Needless to say, customer service was horrible!TEMYIA J.
The truck was dirtier than expected, no keys were in the truck, the furniture dolly and furniture pads were also absent. I was charged for an appliance dolly and 12 furniture pads I never received. I spoke with U-Haul AND the rental site and neither was helpful. I explained the charges in question and the rental site said someone would get back to me, which NO ONE DID. I received the email receipt showing that I had been charged for exactly what I questioned. I agree with the truck rental, 12 furniture pads, and one furniture dolly. I DO NOT agree the additional 12 furniture pads (I DID NOT RECEIVE THESE), nor the appliance dolly (I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS). It was also an inconvenience that when I arrived to pick the truck up, the keys were not ready and had to contact U-Haul to contact the store manager so they could bring me the keys and 12 furniture pads and furniture dolly. This was unacceptable and if this is the norm for U-Haul, I'll look to someone else for future moving needs.Patrick R.

I was told by two agents that if my mileage was over 100 miles I just needed to call uhaul to update my order before I return the truck. When I called I was told that was incorrect and I needed to pay 99 cent a mile. I was upset because Iasked about the mileage cost up front because I didn't want to pay $150 for a free king size bed. this rental was supposed to be 19.99 plus mileage. the mileage rate charged is incorrect, plus i was charged for an additional day which does not make sense. i ended up being chard $140 for this rental which is ridiculous. I will be disputing this first thing on Monday.. what a ripoff!Anthony W.

I have been a customer of Uhal numerous of times. I have never had a problem with them until now. They were minor problems but aggravating. I used the mobile app. It took them a while to approve my rental. ( Never had that issue before). The keys weren't where they were suppose to have been. I was trying to chat through the app but no one never responded. I had to call an agent that helped me find the keys. Then upon returning the truck and checking out, it took a while because it kept telling me that they couldn't locate my location. It was very frustrating, I think that next time I will use a different location. This was my first time using A Automotive location.Trista J.

Everything, management terrible, customer service horrible, I was so late doing everything because of the onsite team that I missed work. The truck return was awful, I was in a dangerous dark road are, just to be told that the gate is locked, no key drop or anything. I made 2 reservations just to be safe and neither had anything I needed. The truck was on empty when I picked it up and it sounded as if it would break down at any given second. I honestly don't know how this U-Haul is still in business. The customer service workers are clearly in informed. My prices changed dramatically every 15 minutes and I opted for express checkout prior to my visit and it still took almost 3 hours to get my reservation handled. The location for drop off was great, only a few minutes from where I moved to. The location really didn't look like the usual U-Haul locations. The lot shared a Lot space with a mechanic shop and it was junky filled with cars and had very little space to park. If it had not been for the little signage you wouldn't have known it was a U-Haul store. The inside of the office was more business-like than the outside.Raymond W.

Nasty TV loud. seem like i was in a bar. the man said uhaul had already charge my card of $170.00 and i had a balance of $26.00 and i paid. notice it was withdrawn from my acct. unableto find the $170.00 now i look at my acct and the payment from drop off is removed. scarey because my debt card is on file unaware of what is going on after truck has been returned:o(Clarice T.
This was my worst uhaul experience and I feel I was told that the dolly was an additional$10 but wasnt told it wasnt a one time fee, (I could have bought 1), the truck was loud, slow and really old. I rent a uhaul at least twice a month for mutiple days and I have certain expectations. The winfows had to be rolled up, I had to hand unlock the door but i got charged premium charges for this piece of crap. I thought the truck was gonna break down several times so if I had anything positive to say it would be it didn't break down like i thought.I would have brought it back but I was pressed for time, obviously I'll never go back this place but my relationship with uhaul can still be savaged. I feel I should receive a partial refund and that truck be retired.Shaquita F.
